The Scenic Railway is not accessible by wheelchair.

Your safety comes first. So, visitors with serious back and neck issues are restricted from entering the Scenic Railway.

The Scenic Skyway and Cableway are accessible by wheelchair.

The Scenic Railway is not accessible by pram/strollers and mobility aids due to steep slopes and multiple stairs.

Your guide dogs are welcome at the venue. However, they must wear their harness or leash at all times and must not be carried.

Ramps are available at the venue for easy access.

The choice between Sydney Zoo and Featherdale will be made by your tour group on the day of your experience. Preferences can be accommodated if submitted at least 24 hours before the tour.
