Very friendly and helpful lady in the ticket office in Katoomba. Really informative map and guide to the Blue mountains. Bus driver was entertaining. Scenic World was great. Brilliant value for money. Highly recommend it.

The hop-on, hop-off bus was very convenient, we could stop at any of the stops we wanted, and all the stop-offs were clearly labelled and announced in the bus. I enjoyed the freedom of doing everything in your own time. If I had to nitpick, I'd say some of the recommendation places for lunch wasn't as great as I expected it to be.
