What’s not allowed

• Smoking, including e-cigarettes and vaping, is not allowed anywhere on the vessel.

Accessibility

• The main (lower) deck is wheelchair accessible with step-free entry and an accessible restroom with grab rails.

• Upper and middle decks are only accessible by stairs and are not wheelchair accessible.

• Gangway steepness may vary with tides, which can affect ease of boarding for wheelchair users.

• Prams and strollers are permitted but storage is limited; please advise when booking.

• Service animals (guide/assistance dogs) are welcome onboard.

• Guests requiring mobility or personal care assistance must bring their own carer, as crew cannot act as personal carers.

• Arrive at King Street Wharf No. 8, Darling Harbour at least 15–30 minutes before departure; boarding times are strictly enforced and late arrivals may be refused boarding without refund.

• Notify any dietary requirements at least 3 days in advance (21 days for private charters); vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free, and nut-free options are available.

• Children under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult; infants (0–3 years) travel free but no meal is provided.
