A Sneak-Peek into the Kelong Culture

A Singapore Kelong tour is a unique and authentic way to experience the country's coastal life and fishing culture. This guided tour takes you on a scenic boat ride to one of these fishing farms, where you can witness local fishermen using traditional techniques to catch a variety of fish and shellfish. Kelongs are traditional offshore fishing platforms that have been used in Southeast Asia for centuries. These structures are built on wooden stilts in the sea and offer a rustic charm that is becoming increasingly rare in modern Singapore.
