We loved EVERYTHING!! Our children have grown up. It seems like they don't have much time for their parents. And maybe they kinda feel the same about us. It does seem like there is a shortage of time. The older we get, the faster the time goes. Any time we are together, it is special. It might not feel like that at first. It might seem chaotic, and rushed, and we sometimes lose our patients. That's ok, it's normal. But in those quite moments we get to ourselves, I look at my wife and my kids, and I realize how special these times are. They fly by. Too fast. Too short. But they will live on, in my memories, in my daydreams, and in those quick little reflections, like a shooting star that races across the night sky, and burns out quicker, and hotter, and before we realize it was there.... and it's gone. We never forget those stars. Those moments. And we may not be together tonight, but we're always together in my night sky.

Right from the beginning, I knew they would be great. We were an hour early and saw there was a group leaving to start their tour. I asked if we could join this earlier tour. They said YES! Robert was our tour guide and welcomed us as family. Robert was great, informative, funny and extremely helpful. My husband was in a wheelchair and he helped us by directing us to all elevators and ramps. He even came with us down some steep ramps. We had a fantastic time! Thank you soooo much! Our guide Peter was amazing—personable, professional, and efficient at getting us to the Maid of the Mist quickly. Hit all the hot spots. Great historian. Felt like a private tour. Took our kids, and he handled all the chaos of planning our trip — it was fantastic. He communicated well before the trip, was easy to locate, and on time. Other guides with their tours seemed to have a hard time finding their guides, and they were not as friendly. Great photographer and excellent suggestions for both the U.S. and Canadian sides. Our family of four loved our tour! Our guide Paul was friendly and knowledgeable, and gave us some great tips on where to visit and how to get around. We took the trolley on the way back at his advice, and it was soo worth the $13 we paid for it. The Maid of the Mist boat tour was so much fun, though my 4-year-old was a little freaked out by the falls. We also enjoyed the Cave of the Winds, but it was mostly an opportunity to get soaked! The history video at the beginning of the Cave of the Winds tour was fun and informative. We all enjoyed it.

I have been waiting 30 years to finally make it to Niagara to do this bucket list item and it did not disappoint! The Maid of the Mist tour was my favorite and I was squealing with excitement as we got close to Horseshoe falls! My daughter looked at me like I was crazy. Then we went to the observation tower and the Cave of the Winds. Our guide, Nate, was fantastic. Full of educational information, as well as fun stories of his own and gave excellent recommendations. We had such a great time. Thank you!

This guided tour of Niagara Falls USA exceeded every expectation and was the absolute highlight of our trip! From start to finish, everything was exceptionally organized, informative, and fun. The Maid of the Mist was an unforgettable experience. Getting so close to the powerful Horseshoe Falls and feeling the mist on your face was thrilling and truly awe-inspiring. The views were spectacular, and no photo can fully capture the magnitude of standing right beside one of the world's greatest natural wonders. The Cave of the Winds was equally incredible. Walking the wooden pathways just feet from Bridal Veil Falls and experiencing the force of the rushing water firsthand was exhilarating. Standing on the Hurricane Deck was a once-in-a-lifetime experience that I'll never forget. What made the tour even better was our guide. They were knowledgeable, engaging, and passionate about the history and geology of Niagara Falls. Their stories and local insights added so much value and made the entire experience more meaningful. They also handled all the logistics seamlessly, allowing us to relax and fully enjoy every moment. If you're visiting Niagara Falls, this tour is an absolute must. Combining the iconic Maid of the Mist with the breathtaking Cave of the Winds creates the perfect Niagara Falls experience. Our tour with Sayed at Cave of the Winds and Maid of the Mist was one of the highlights of our trip to Niagara Falls! Sayed was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and engaging, sharing fascinating history about Niagara Falls State Park that we never would have learned on our own. He didn't just take us to the popular attractions—he pointed out hidden gems, historic landmarks, and interesting features that most visitors walk right past without noticing. Our tour guide Bernie was amazing! He picked us up at our hotel on time. We headed to Niagara Falls for our Maid of the Mist boat tour. Bernie made sure we stopped in the shade, he got our tickets and gave us a lot of history and answered questions about the Falls. After our incredible boat ride we headed to look at the Horseshoe Falls while we waited for our Cave of the Winds ticket time. Again he shared more history and then picked up our timed tickets to enter the Cave of the Winds. Great stop on the Hurricane level of the tour, the force of the water was unbelievable. Bernie took us and the other couple who joined our tour back to our hotels. This is the way to go, we were treated as royalty by Bernie on our tour. I highly recommend this tour and tour company!

We had an amazing time on our Maid of the Mist journey . Our guide Brian was friendly,knowledgeable,and professional in every way. We were able to move through lines quickly, board the boat at ease all while Brian answered questions and gave us information. We received our complementary rain ponchos and were off. We received valuable information as we went closer and closer to the falls. On th American side the falls are beautiful and powerful. As you continue on you get closer to the Canadian falls which are incredible. You are taken into the mist which is amazing. I highly recommend this tour if you find yourself in Niagara Falls!
