Reservering ging heel gemakkelijk. We konden op die manier snel naar binnen, zonder wachttijd.
Een bijzonder kasteel waar veel kamers te zien zijn,
die ook allemaal prachtig ingericht zijn, een heel mooie ervaring.

Entry was quick and efficient. The histopad was such a great way to enhance the visit and learn loads of history in a fun, interesting way. Chateau de Chambord is an architectural feast on the eyes and the very unusual double helix staircase was something special. I loved it.

The Chateaux Chenoncaux is truly a very special look into an ancient time of French nobility.
The ambience is so delightfully soothing and engaging.
The gardens and surrounding grounds are beautiful and relaxing.
Thoroughly enjoyed my visit and would heartily recommend a visit to this enchanting estate.

Jag besökte många slott under min resa i Loiredalen, men det i Villandry tyckte jag särskilt mycket om. Giarfini nämns ofta, och interiörerna är mycket intressanta.

Jag trodde att min fru och jag kanske skulle uppskatta en timmes besök på slottet Clos Lucé under en trevlig dagsutflykt från Orléans. I verkligheten slutade det med att vi tillbringade tre förtrollande timmar med att vandra runt i slottet, utställningarna och parken. Formgivarna har gjort ett fantastiskt jobb med att skapa ett naturligt flöde genom hela egendomen. Väl värt resan!
