vi hittade guiden på morgonen men det var en mycket hektisk upplevelse med så många reseguider, alla med gula flaggor på samma plats när vi inte fick veta något utöver att leta efter en gul flagga. guiden var bra men hon försvann ofta snabbt innan vi kunde följa henne. jag förstår att hon var tvungen att köpa biljetterna, men det skulle ha varit till hjälp att ha två reseguider så att en kunde ta tag i biljetterna och en annan kunde samla gruppen. reseguiden nämnde också att han försökte kontakta mig genom vad som händer men det fanns ingen indikation på att vi skulle ladda ner det före resan. Jag skulle också ha velat tillbringa mer tid i den lilla staden än vi gjorde. annars var resan överlag bra bara lite hektisk och stressig. Jag skulle vilja ropa ut guiden eftersom jag på vägen tillbaka hade en badrumsnöd och hon var snabb med att stanna för att se till att jag kunde använda ett badrum.

Tom var mycket vänlig och professionell men tidslinjen för hela upplevelsen var för snabb och fick mig att känna mig rusad och jag kände inte att jag kunde njuta fullt ut av de platser vi besökte. Jag förstår att det inte är Toms fel men jag skulle föreslå att låta den som utformade turnén skära ett par stopp och ge mer tid att besöka de andra plscesy. Ashi-sjön var mycket vacker och Hakkai var helt fantastisk.

Kousei var en fantastisk reseguide! Han gjorde upplevelsen rolig och trevlig även om det var för molnigt för att se Fuji-berget. Vi gjorde det tillbaka inom den tidsram som anges i bokningen och hade gott om fotomöjligheter. Vi skulle rekommendera denna turné för alla som vill utforska området runt Fuji och lokala aspekter av japansk kultur.
