The cruise was generally a wonderful experience, and I enjoyed it. The boat was surprisingly wide and comfortable, and the commentary informative and interesting. My friends enjoyed their meals, one had the meat option and one the vegetarian option. However because it was a set menu with no options I was unable to eat the main due to the herbs and seasoning used. The actual meal of chicken, potato and veg would have been fine if didn't have the herbs and seasoning. As a disabled person I found the whole experience accessible and where there were ramps such as going from pontoon onto boat staff gave assistance

All of it really. The service was excellent, the food was excellent and the scenery was just great as usuual. The boat is really well designed to give clear views of the sights and the comentary was good (depite it being a crew member? ha ha). All my guests were very pleased and enjoyed their trip. Thank you.

I thoroughly enjoyed the Thames River Lunch Cruise. The two-course meal, coffee, and tea were delightful, and the stunning views along the river combined with the relaxing atmosphere made the experience well worth it. The Thames River Cruise was well organized and punctual. The staff delivered exceptional customer service throughout the journey, making the experience enjoyable and memorable. They truly made my day, and I am very grateful for their kindness and professionalism. The seating arrangement on the Thames River Cruise was spacious, well organized, and comfortable. The cleanliness throughout the cruise was outstanding and reflected the high standards maintained by the team.

The whole cruise experience was fantastic. Me and my guests were truly pleasantly surprised.The staff and standard of the food and drinks was fantastic. As a South Londoner visiting from North Wales I have now appreciated what tourists see and enjoy. Something that I previously took for granted having worked in London for 45 years, I now see our wonderful Capital City has so much to offer, and this river cruise certainly adds to the tourist experience. It was a fantastic experience I have not had before. I have done Cruises but not lunch one Was my birthday was amazed how my desert plate was decorated with happy birthday designed. The staff were great and very welcoming The commentator also did well in pointing out various site to us with interesting explanation. We saw all iconic features and was a great pportunities to see under the bridges very well. Will do it again. Thank you. Prisca

The fact that you had a reserved table which would have been welcome knowledge on booking . The view and comfort. The food quality . The staff . The commentary . We thought the wait time for the boat was a bit too long though .

The lunch was very nice and seeing London from the river. The interior of the boat was a bit uninspiring - a bit functional - more like an airport than a restaurant. Service was great and staff excellent. It was not full do everyone was seated around the edge meaning we all had great views.
