Bra pris och bra service. Det som kan förbättras var tiden för att tillhandahålla biljetterna. Biljetter skickades 2 timmar före showen på begäran. Lyckligtvis var kommunikationen via chatten enkel och snabb.

Själva showen var fantastisk (Lion King), men publiken dämpade upplevelsen mycket. Det fanns många barn under 5 år runt våra platser och deras ständiga pratande, gråtande, ätande, frågande och lekande distraherade oss från showen och förstörde nästan hela upplevelsen. Det var också många vuxna som pratade och tog bilder med blixt under showen, vilket också var en besvikelse. Men showen och musiken var fortfarande fantastisk, men jag skulle inte se den igen, såvida inte Broadway ändrar sin policy kring barn och är striktare med reglerna för filmning av showen.

Purchasing tickets online was very easy and picking the tickets up the day of the show was very convenient in front of the theater

I've used Headout a few times and it has been reliable. I think the service charge is high but so is the charge on other ticket services. It would cost more to get to NY an buy the tickets at the boxoffice.
