Att hitta båda reseguiderna visade sig vara ganska utmanande. För turen till Eiffeltornet missade vi tyvärr över 30 minuter på grund av svårigheter att hitta guiden. Men när vi väl fick kontakt med Chloe var hon helt underbar - kunnig och engagerad. För palatsrundturen kunde vi inte hitta guiden trots att vi anlände 45 minuter tidigt. Vi sökte hjälp från flera personer, inklusive guider från andra företag, som nämnde att anvisningarna för mötesplatsen var otydliga. I slutändan gick vi in på egen hand och köpte ytterligare ljudguider för att navigera i upplevelsen. Även om vi uppskattade innehållet i de turer vi lyckades delta i, påverkade bristen på tydliga anvisningar vår upplevelse avsevärt. Jag hoppas att den här feedbacken kan bidra till att förbättra framtida gästers upplevelser.

We had an awesome guide who waited just a few extra minutes for us. We were late because we were at the meeting place at which Headout told us to be. Headout isn't Really your "trusted" ticket seller then.

The Seine River Sightseeing Cruise will give you a chance to take in Paris's most famous landmarks, including the Notre Dame Cathedral, Eiffel Tower, Conciergerie, Institut de France, Grand Palais, Musée d’Orsay, Hôtel de Vile, Cite de la Mode, Invalides, the Assemblee Nationale and the Place de la Concorde.

The guided tour is available only in English.

Please note that due to security reasons, queues can last between 15 to 45 minutes depending on the crowd.

Upon confirmation of your booking, you will receive a single voucher for both the attractions. You need to collect your tickets from the mentioned pickup location by showing this mobile voucher. The Eiffel Tower is the only timed experience of this combo and will require you to be there at the exact given time. The Seine cruise tickets are valid for the entire day and can be redeemed at your convenience.

Once you’re done enjoying the views on the 2nd level of the Eiffel Tower, you may take the elevators back down. Fair warning, these can have long queues. If you wish to bypass these long lines, we’d suggest you take the stairs down.

Your cruise is also inclusive of audio commentary, thus making this a holistic experience. The Seine Cruise tickets can be picked up from your host at the meeting point.

Please note if you choose to buy the Seine Cruise tickets (optional), the tickets will be provided by your guide after or during the Eiffel Tower tour, and not in your ticket email.

If you've opted for the night tour with a cruise ticket, then your tour begins with the Seine River cruise followed by a guided tour of the Eiffel Tower.
