On a rainy night it was such a relief for Alex to take my luggage and walk to the vehicle. The ride was efficient. Most impressed by him waiting for me to get my air bnb key. A true gentleman who helped me door to door.

We found the bus stop really easily. There was a bus ready to go after a couple of minutes wait and plenty of room. Very easy way to get into the city 10/10

Although the trip was ok. Also getting help with my baggage was also appreciated. Theseating was cramped and I had to find my was upstairs to sit down with my medical conditions. As it seemed the only accessible seats I could see were inward facing instead of forward facing. So, I had to cope the best I could. It seemed the accessibility was more towards wheelchairs & visible disabilities rather than those that cannot be seen.

Good but......I am a senior and the tickets purchased on line are more expensive than the tickets purcased at the airport. Can you place a note on th web site that Seniors can get a discount if purchsed at airport

It's cheaper & comfortable service too, to reach the Melbourne airport particularly if you're travelling alone. Easy access to pickup point in the city at Southern cross station , where trams stops from all over city. Easy to book ticket online. Enjoyed the ride to airport via sky bus booked on Headout app.

Easy and hassle free; friendly helpful staff at bus. Easy to store luggage right beside bus terminal. Will definitely use again. Better than a taxi - which friends used and had to wait 30 mins to get one and then more stressful travel into town.

    Staff were very friendly and helpful. The trip was comfortable. The recorded PA voice over was over the top trying to be 'Aussie' and pitched at an audience of children, not adults.
