Sammantaget var det en bra upplevelse. Det största problemet är den ofullständiga informationen om var man kan hämta ut sitt kort och att man inte behöver boka tid om man inte är fler än 10 personer.

Antalet museer gör att man också kan besöka sådant som man inte hade planerat och då få en och annan positiv överraskning. Krakows tunnelbana och det arkeologiska museet är särskilt välorganiserade! att förbättra: Vissa av museerna visste inte om de ingick i passet eller inte. Kodavläsningsapparaterna fungerade ofta inte, personalen visste ofta inte hur de skulle användas utanför normen. De visste inte att man kan byta den långa enheten till ett annat läge som också kan läsa QR-koder och inte de vanliga streckkoderna! Det var därför jag var tvungen att argumentera på nästan alla museer, det värsta var på Schindlers fabrik (som i allmänhet är mycket dåligt organiserad och strukturerad!) I slutändan, med ansträngning, förklaringar och vänliga samtal, kom vi in överallt där vi ville gå. Det skulle därför vara viktigt att tillhandahålla streckkoden såväl som QR-koden! Även en liten digital mapp med de museer som ingår, eftersom man annars ofta går vilse och sedan inte åker dit igen!
