Jag köpte biljetterna långt före den dag då jag ville åka till Pompeji. Dagen jag kom fram fick jag reda på att det var gratis inträde eftersom det var den första söndagen i månaden. Eller i alla fall var det den 2 juni. Jag kontaktade webbplatsen och förklarade vad som hade hänt och inom några dagar återbetalade de mig hela beloppet. Jag var mycket nöjd. Jag gratulerar er. Självklart är det bra att spara lite genom att köpa dubbla biljetter. Med det sagt verkar det lite dumt att du på Pompeii måste köa för att byta från en digital biljett till en pappersbiljett för att komma in. Visst behöver detta uppdateras för att spara tid och pengar för alla.Tina

Var väldigt hektisk vid ingången ingen riktig idé eller tecken på vilken kö som ska gå med. Qued i 30 minuter och ppl köpte biljetter så vi gick till gate fir entry för att vara vilda vi var tvungna att byta ut vår online-biljett och skickade tillbaka i kön i ytterligare 40 minuter mycket dåligt organiserade sparar ingen tid att köpa online bara 1 enorm kö ppl blir frustrerad personal quire ohjälpsam n eländig jag kan förstå varför Pompei var fantastiskt när vi kom in det har varit en dröm om min att besöka
