Gruppguiden var Manuel, som lätt överträffade alla reseguider jag någonsin har sett. Hans kunskap, energi och kommunikationsförmåga var exceptionell och vi kan inte tacka honom nog för att han delade hinkvis av sin kunskap om den judiska invandrargemenskapen och deras integration med den nederländska gemenskapen i Amsterdam från början av 1900-talet fram till och genom den nazistiska ockupationen fram till befrielsedagen den 04 maj 1945 och den efterföljande historien om de överlevande i familjen Frank. Manuel besvarade dussintals frågor med passion och detaljer som levererades med positivitet och god humor där det var lämpligt. Hans investering i att bygga presentationen och den guidade turen har varit enorm och vi kan inte tacka honom nog för att ha utbildat oss så mycket mer på en kort 120 minuter . Hans turné har en enorm och bestående inverkan och vi skulle rekommendera hans professionalism och välkomnande stil varje gång!
