Arrive at ARTECHOUSE NYC, located inside Chelsea Market at 439 W. 15th Street. Present your entry ticket at the main entrance and proceed to the exhibition area for your timed session.

What to bring

Bring a valid photo ID to match the name on your booking if requested at the entrance.

What’s not allowed

Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not permitted inside the venue.

Food and beverages are not allowed within the exhibition spaces.

Pets are not permitted inside the exhibition venue.

Flash photography, tripods, and professional filming equipment are prohibited.

Accessibility

The venue is wheelchair accessible, with accessible entrances and restrooms available.

The experience features immersive digital art with bright lights and loud sounds, which may not be suitable for those with light or sound sensitivities.

Additional information

Sessions last for 60 minutes; please arrive on time, as late entry may not be permitted.

The exhibition is located inside Chelsea Market at ARTECHOUSE NYC, 439 W. 15th Street, New York, NY 10011.

Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Re-entry is not permitted once you exit the exhibition space.
