The ride was fine and we arrived in the allotted time. The website needs to inform potential riders to plan for at least a 45 minute wait. We checked out the line the day before and noticed it was quite long so we made sure to get there early.

Super easy to purchase the Lufthansa AirPort Express bus ticket online from Headout. The instructions were clear regarding where to find the bus at Munich Airport and also at Munich Hauptbahnhof. As per the description, buses ran every twenty to thirty minutes with a duration of forty five minutes. There was ample seating.

Fast efficient and very comfortable. An update on location to find the bus would be great, was tricky to find with all construction about and hotel reference is incorrect. But service itself was great.

Bus was there when we arrived, easy and straightforward. only downside was it was a very hot day and there was no air conditioning so the journey felt long, hot and sickly.

It was great experience. Only problem is we didn't have clear indications when the bus will arrive place and time.
