Everything was perfect, very fast! The ticket appeared in the app fast, doesn't need to take many steps just show the confirmation to the office and will receive the ticket.

Exceptional line control personell. I'm 81 and a wonderfull young man used my phone to find my reservation. This was my last time seeing David and I have seen him 10 times since 1975. That being said, your new system of ticket management is abhorent. 40+ disconnected failed times to get Ufizzi reservations before I left the USA has embittered me against Florence, which was my favorite city in the world. I tried 3 times in Florence to get the 3 sites pass. No help and one lady at the pitti was rude.Without seeing the Ufizzi, Florence has devolves into a swarm of ants. It has lost all its charm. Its all about money and control. Much of Italy is devolving the same way. I know what your arguements against my anger would sound like, but there is absolutely NO excuse for the stupidity of your design. You have bitten the hand that feeds you and you don't REALLY care. Dante was correct in placing many Florentines in the 8th circle of the Inferno. I will never again see Florence and my heart is broken. My only solice is there is not much left to experience. 2 days at most for anyone. TOO many ants. Worse than Time Square NY. Stop worring about money. It will come. Worry about charm...

The tour guide was truly amazing! I think her name was Laura, and she explained every piece in detail. Some information I even forgot about from my studies. She answered all my questions and honestly I loved her energy. I was running about 5 minutes late and thankfully they waited for me and made sure I got to our meeting point safe and sound. I was worried about the long line when I got there but since I had a tour guide we got through the line pretty quick, roughly 10-15 minutes. The Accademia Musuem was just utterly beautiful and mesmorizing, and we actually got through the museum very quickly (not in a bad way). This museum is small but you can stay in here forever. The David statue is stunning in person, and the detail you see absolutely incredible! And not even just David, but the other unfished work from Michaelangelo is so fascinating. Seeing the painting styles that changed over time was beautiful as well. For your first time I would defintely recommend a tour guide with the audio tour, because it can get pretty loud if going in the afternoon. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would do it again.

The agent near the museum who assisted us (Brian) was very helpful. Once we found him amidst the crowd near the museum, he informed us where we should hang out until he came to get us for our timed entry. We arrived early so he got us into a time slot 15 minutes ahead of our scheduled one. We also appreciated the woman at the office where we picked up our tickets since she let us wait inside (even though the office was closed for its lunch hour) and then completed our paperwork early as well. Best of all was seeing the magnificent works by Michelangelo as well as the historic musical instruments since the latter weren't part of the Academia's collection the last time we visited Florence. Finally, we learned a great deal from a guide about another Florentine sculpture whose impressive works filled another gallery. All and all we had an excellent visit and our advance entry tickets purchased through Headout made everything work out very well.

The tickets for the Accademia Gallery were sold out weeks in advance on the day we wanted go. We showed up that day to see if we could wait in line to get tickets. Well the wait would have been an hour and a half and the sun was beating down on us. I decided to look online while standing in the line to see if there were any available tickets. I've never used or heard of Headout so I wasn't sure if it was a trusted website but I decided to just chance it and I am so glad I did! They had ticket times available for 14:45 which was only an hour after we arrived in line. It allowed us to get a snack and not have to wait in the line. Totally worth it!

This was our first time using Headout and we wouldn't hesitate using them again. Accademia tickets were sold out so we purchased through Headout. We quickly received a confirmation email and instructions on how to get our tickets. Once in Florence, the directions provided were clear and very easy to follow. They provided an audio guide that worked well! It was a very good experience!

If you did not plan a month in advance to see David, then this is the solution. They meet you near the entrance line. They walk you to the entrance line, based on your timed entrance. They offer software to download to listen to the museum audio info. They charge for the service. If it is last week decision to see David, this or similar is you best or only option. Enjoy.

The instructions were clear to find the starting location for our skip the line admission. Communication once we got there could have been better as I had to ask a lot of questions about what was going to happen next. Overall, it was fine, we did get in faster and had access to an audio guide for the museum.
