Brought my parents along for this river cruise—honestly, sooo relaxing. Loved sitting up top and just watching Bordeaux glide past. Our guide, Julie, was a LEGEND, super funny and had all these random facts about old bridges and wine warehouses. Weather was perfect, sunny with a tiny breeze. Boat wasn’t too packed either (phew). Only thing, wish the drinks were a bit colder, but didn’t ruin it. Would 100% go again.

Went with my girlfriend on a whim, and it was a good shout. The guide switched between French and English like a pro, which helped a lot. Saw a lot more than I expected, especially near the old docks. Couldn’t take pics inside tho, which was kinda a bummer. Boat got a bit crowded near the end, but overall chill vibes.

This was my first time in Bordeaux and the river cruise was a highlight. Went with my uni friends, and we all agreed the guide’s stories were hilarious (the bit about the old wine smugglers—sooo good). Boat was clean, staff friendly, and the view at sunset was EPIC! Drinks a bit pricey but worth it for the view.

Nice enough tour, but honestly felt a little rushed? The guide was knowledgeable, but I wish we had more time at some of the stops. Also, the snack bar ran out of croissants by the time I got there, sigh. Still, the city looked BEAUTIFUL from the water.

Lovely afternoon! My kids (8 and 10) were pretty entertained, which is rare. The guide gave out little activity sheets for the kids, which was a nice touch. Bit noisy at times, but hey, it’s a boat full of families. Would recommend if you’re in Bordeaux with little ones.
