The ticketing experience was so easy and we were able to skip the line and get right in. This is the prettiest cathetedral we saw on our trip. It is just stunning and not to be missed. Go up to the roof for a wonderful view of Siena!

The Duomo complex was a fascinating and beautiful place to visit and gets 5 stars. The ticketing experience with Headout was average at best - given the mark-up over direct ticketing prices we had expected to be given detailed information on ticket collection (from when could they be collected), up to date opening hours and a detailed description of how the OPA Si pass works - especially with regards to the fact that several of the sites included have to be visited at the same time. There was essentially no information given by Headout and we were grateful for some very helpful local OPA staff who were able to guide us fully. I would not use Headout again for obtaining tickets that are available directly as there was no 'value-added'

Purchased our tickets in advance, went to the counter to pick up our tickets (no wait) and proceeded into the duomo. Super easy and the person at the counter was very nice and informative.
