The whole experience was lovely – Guide was very knowledcgeable and entertaining, but!!!! Time wasted throughout the tour accommodating interuptions and lack of liaising. We and eleven others paid for an english speaking guide. The rest of our group had spanish guide. Part way through the tour a spanish latecomer joined us. On multple occasions the two groups crossed paths. The latecomer should have been joined with the spanish group of four. Instead she was kept with our group of thirteen. Rest of tour for our group was half english, half spanish. Not good logistics and not fair.

The local service provider was fantastic. Julian the guide was very kind and knowledgeable. The only bad point was that the meeting point information I have received from Headout was wrong. The they before I have received another wrong Information. I was there and decided to call the local provider who informed me the right location, their office... Fortunately I had time to go to the right place. It felt well-paced and smooth.

The Alcázar of Seville and Seville Cathedral are wheelchair accessible.

Guide dogs and emotional support animals are allowed within the Alcazar and the cathedral, subject to producing the official documentation.

Wheelchair users are prohibited from climbing the La Giralda.

People with vertigo, claustrophobia, anaemia, tendency to dizziness, heart problems, and/or respiratory problems are advised not to climb the La Giralda.

You must arrive at the designated entry point 15 minutes before your scheduled time to complete check-in.

You can visit the Seville Cathedral for free on Sundays (except holidays) between 4:30pm and 6pm, with a prior online reservation.

Visits to the gardens are subject to weather and safety conditions and may be closed without prior notice.

Children under 14 can visit the Giralda always accompanied by an adult.
