I didn't realize that this zoo was huge. Very happy to see elephants again and of course the pandas. It was even better that I was told the park closed at 8 instead of 5. Although we didn't see the polar bears and red panda, we still saw a lot of animals. It was fun to watch the hippos swim underwater and the family of monkeys walk around. The koalas were great seeing them too.Nathaniel

The zoo tickets where sent to the email was able to found them. The trolley tickets I was not able to find them in the email. I had to download the app. I think I was charged an extra ticket for the zoo. I called customer service and left a message never received a phone call back. I did not find a senior discount option when buying both the zoo and trolley tickets. Otherwise all is well. I was able to enjoy both events thank you
