    What’s not allowed

    • Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

    • Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not permitted inside the museum.

    • Pets are not allowed, except for registered service animals.

    • Consumption of food and beverages is not permitted inside the exhibition spaces.

    Accessibility

    • The museum is wheelchair accessible but the garden is not fully accessible as it has gravel paths.

    Additional information

    • The digital audio guide will be provided via a separate app accessible through a link sent to your email.

    • Make sure to provide a valid email address when booking to receive your audio guide link.

    • The audio guide is available in French, English, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, German, Mandarin, and Korean.

    • Persons under 18 years of age and EU residents under 26 years of age may enter the museum for free with a valid ID.

    • The Rodin Museum is open Tuesday to Sunday from 10am to 6:30pm. The last entrance is at 5:45pm (rooms close at 6:15pm). The museum is closed on Mondays, May 1, January 1, and December 25.

    • The garden closes 30 minutes before the museum.

    • Information about temporary exhibitions is not included in the digital audio guide.

    • Your voucher will be emailed to you instantly.

    • Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the redemption point.
