From the moment we arrived, the entire experience was well organized and enjoyable. The staff were welcoming, friendly and professional. Check-in was smooth and the safety briefing was clear and informative, which made us feel confident and prepared before the tour began. The jet boat ride itself was absolutely incredible! It was the perfect mix of excitement, breathtaking scenery and fun. The captain was skilled, delivering a thrilling ride while making us feel safe throughout the entire journey. The crew’s positive energy and enthusiasm made the experience even more memorable, they created a fun atmosphere and made sure we had an amazing time from start to finish. Seeing the Niagara Whirlpool and the beautiful surroundings from the water was unforgettable. The speed, the refreshing splashes and the exciting twists and turns made it one of the most exhilarating experiences we’ve ever had. It was definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Niagara. This was hands down one of the highlights of our trip to Niagara Falls. We had an absolute blast! It was the perfect mix of excitement and learning—we got to hear some really interesting history and facts about the Niagara River, but there was plenty of action to keep everyone smiling (and laughing) the whole time. The crew did a fantastic job. They were friendly, entertaining, and made the experience feel safe while still being an adrenaline rush. We left soaked, smiling, and talking about it the rest of the day. If you’re on the fence about booking it, don’t be. It’s worth every penny, and we’d do it again in a heartbeat.

This was our third, maybe fourth time taking the jet boat tour and this was without a doubt the best one yet! Our guide Vinnie was great, explaining some of the features of the gorge, river and the power stations. But Captain Grace was the star of the show! She timed her entries into the rapids perfectly and she hit a grand slam with the last run. She nailed the timing perfectly on the largest wave I've ever felt. It absolutely slammed us back into the seats. Grace, you rock!!!

It was an incredible experience! Our family had an absolutely memorable time on the Whirlpool jet boat adventure on the Niagara river. The whirlpool boat ride was amazing!! We did the wet jet tour in the morning and loved it! When the boat dips in the water and the splash it makes is awesome! The crew was so friendly and entertaining!

I would recommend giving seat preference to people that come first on a first come first serve basis. I came with my brother and sister about an hour early just so we could get front row seats, and we were actually the first ones from our boat, and we got the third row instead of the first. I personally feel like this part was a little bit unfair, but other than that everything went really really well. Our tour guide and captain were amazing. Overall, it was a fun experience and definitely worth it.
