Hugo a fost un ghid turistic incredibil, cu tone de cunoștințe de împărtășit! Într-adevăr a învățat o mulțime despre Sintra și zonele înconjurătoare.

Ne-am bucurat foarte mult de această activitate, căștile furnizate, în limba franceză, am făcut primul tur în întregime fără a coborî și ne-am întors a doua zi și am coborât la Sintra. Drumul de întoarcere a fost totuși dificil, deoarece a trebuit să așteptăm 45 de minute pentru un autobuz. Îl recomand cu siguranță!

Carlos was a wonderful guide. He was knowledgeable and patient. We had people on our tour who were late by one half hour before we departed Lisbon and again when leaving Nazaré. It's so rude to keep people waiting when in a group. But some people feel entitled obviously. Ugh. We didn't have enough time due to their lateness to really see much of Óbidos. I would suggest that the tour be done in reverse, with Óbidos being the first stop on the tour.

Our guide, Sofia, was incredibly knowledgable and made the history of the city come alive as we walked through the three different neighbourhoods. Stepping off the beaten track, it was absolutely fascinating to hear different snippets of the history of the city that we would likely have completely missed had we not done the tour. It was a brilliant way to spend a few hours getting to know the city.

Il convento di Cristo è spettacolare. L'abbiamo visitato a metà pomeriggio, quando i grandi gruppi erano già ripartiti e questo ci ha dato la possibilità di godere della maestosità di questo monumento con pochi visitatori.
La visita dura un paio d'ore. È sicuramente una metà irrinunciabile se si è nei dintorni.
