Ghidul nostru a fost uimitor!!! Trebuie să vă refaceți site-ul pentru a explica oamenilor că nu puteți conduce până la palat. Parcarea trebuie făcută undeva mai jos în oraș sau parțial pe munte. De asemenea, trebuie să faceți din nou o fotografie a locului de întâlnire. Este în interiorul porților, după ce ați fost deja scanați de casieri. Este chiar la stânga porții de intrare. Ambele sugestii ar face întreaga experiență mai puțin frustrantă! Este o soluție ușoară.

Ghidul nostru a fost foarte bine informat. plăcut și a vorbit engleza foarte bine și palatul a fost o clădire fantastică. Deși a fost foarte aglomerat coada sa mutat la o viteză acceptabilă.

În general, experiența și turul au fost incredibile. Ghidul nostru a fost foarte bine informat și a răspuns la toate întrebările plus, desigur, ne-a dat un tur istoric uimitor în jurul proprietății. Biletele noastre au fost pentru ora 16.00 și a trebuit să parcăm la baza muntelui - am întârziat din cauza traficului și am alergat practic pentru a ajunge la locul desemnat la ora 16.00. Nici un ghid nu a fost acolo - am întrebat mulți oameni în cele din urmă apel Headout în care reprezentantul a fost foarte util, dar ne-a spus ghidul nostru a fost "difuzate târziu" și nu ar fi acolo până la 4:30. L-am reperat în cele din urmă aproximativ la acea oră și ne-a spus că rezervarea noastră a fost 5pm. El a făcut fotografii ale biletelor noastre care indicau în mod clar ora 16:00 - pentru noi aceasta a fost o eroare uriașă, deoarece am avut, de asemenea, planuri după acest tur care apoi au fost amânate.
