Ușor de rezervat. O mulțime de oameni, dar este de așteptat... controalele sunt rapide și serviciul de transfer este bine organizat pentru a conecta cele 2 insule. Cele 2 muzee (Statuia Libertății și Ellis Island) sunt foarte bine realizate. Recomand în special ghidul audio pentru vizita la Ellis Island. Este o vizită obligatorie pe care nu o regretăm.

Ghidul nostru Joseph K. a fost remarcabil. Avea o memorie enciclopedică pentru fapte istorice legate de crearea/istoria Statuii Libertății și de Ellis Island. Prima mea vizită la statuie, înduioșătoare. Am crezut că turul includea urcarea pe piedestalul statuii, dar am văzut doar de pe trotuar. Vremea a fost ploaie torențială, dar Headout nu poate controla vremea! Ar fi fost frumos ot au fost amintit că am putea accesa fișiere digitale pentru a căuta pentru strămoși ... Am ratat că ... prea preocupat cu asigurarea că nu am pierdut feribot înapoi.

Ticketing experience was easy to follow. No problems at all with that, once we got to the meeting place we were greeted and checked in, very easy process. Our tour guide, David was absolutely the best gave us so much interesting information couldn't have asked for a better experience. The only negative comment would be the long lines for the security check. Thank you!

I loved that the ticket was available for our first event. When we were here years ago, we had to pick up the tickets and have them validated. Technology has really made this part great! It was easy to get there and go. We enjoyed the Islands very much!

I bought a ticket online, which was an easy process. Love the boat trip itself, very relaxing.
They gave us also enough time to photograph the Statue closer by.

We loved everything! Meeting point, boat, crew, tour guide. music, bar, photo session. You can bring your Doggie!!! This was awesome! We enjoyed views, service and we recommend this cruise it to everyone!

Overall all was good but couple of cons. We were in the front and sound of guide was very silent.
Also when we were passing by statue of liberty, the chaos began and you had to fight for the right to make a good photo. Cause everyone was trying to take picture at the same time
