Bună dimineața, când am rezervat cardul, am cerut informații despre ce era inclus, orare și mi-au dat "lung vânt" spunându-mi că mi se vor da informațiile când voi ajunge la Roma. Am insistat de mai multe ori crezând că este o înșelătorie și că nu știu ce este inclus în bilet. Deoarece am văzut că nu voi primi mai multe informații și că era o înșelătorie, am cerut rambursarea sumei plătite chiar în acel moment (pe site scria că suma va fi rambursată în 2-7 zile. Ei au răspuns că nu o vor rambursa. Am raportat faptele la poliție.

Pachetul cu atracțiile individuale a fost foarte bun. (Prețul / performanța a fost de top) Doar că nu mi-a plăcut faptul că trebuie să vă ridicați biletele înainte de fiecare atracție. Cred că ar fi mai bine să se elibereze toate biletele chiar la început.
