A fost uimitor să văd St. Mark. Headout a fost mare. Sugestia de a face mai clar cu privire la modul de a contacta persoana de transfer de bilete. Foarte neclar.

Am fi fost foarte fericiți dacă am fi fost informați în mod clar cu privire la organizatorul local, iar adresa Colonna 5 ar fi putut folosi o explicație că este situată exact între cei 2 piloni menționați....aceea a fost într-adevăr o căutare inutilă! Organizatorul local (Crown Tours) a făcut o treabă excelentă! De asemenea, nu primiți ghidul audio imediat după rezervare..așa cum este descris....sau doar când primiți biletul....atunci trebuie să vă grăbiți la intrare....15 minute este cu siguranță prea puțin! Există încă loc de îmbunătățire în ceea ce privește conținutul informațiilor#Irina

St. Mark’s Basilica
