Tickets to Eiffel Tower 2nd Floor with Optional Seine River Cruise

The tour for the Eiffel Tower was great. Appreciated it and all went smoothly. The only reason I rated the package as average is that we were unable to find your meeting spot in Versailles. We followed the directions to the meeting space, but we're unable to find you. We even went early and looked everywhere in the vicinity as outlined in your correspondence. Thankfully we did have the tickets and did it on our own without tour or audio. We would have appreciated more specific instructions and there was no sign etc.

The best thing about the activity was the Eiffel Tower itself . The guide was tireless and seemed to be enjoying herself as much as the visitors. The ticketing experience was relaxed and efficient. It was a pleasure and an experience to be remembered always.

Zac was very knowledgeable and personAble. We were lucky to have a small group of 8 people. Zac shared lots of information besides the Eiffel Tower that was interesting.

Excellent experience. Our guide, Maria, was very clear, entertaining and very detailed in our visit. Adequate time to look around, take pictures, clarify doubts and share.

By the but longer waiting time at the elevators ( ascent) and because we were not sufficiently informed or the info did not get through to us, ( elevator descent) and we therefore waited at the wrong elevator and thus lost time, we could not visit the first platform due to lack of time (still had tickets for the Louvre) - a pity. Also, sometimes not all the facts were correct that the guide has told. Nevertheless, a nice experience - therefore only average🤷‍♀️

Unsere Reiseführerin Kamelia war sehr nett und hat uns alles gut erklärt. Dank der online gebuchten Tickets waren auch die Wartezeiten ok! Der Eiffelturm ist einfach überwältigend, es lohnt sich allemal!

Very nice lady in the office, she took us personally to the meeting point. The guides were cheerful and motivated, attentive to answer any questions any doubt. We enjoyed the cruise!

Am 24.09.23 haben wir eine Eifelturmtour in Paris gemacht. Durchgeführt von Qualium Tours und unser Guide war Sylvia. Der Treffpunkt war gut zu finden und unser Guide Sylvia war pünktlich. Sie hat sogar auf verspätete Gäste gewartet. Die Tour hat sie sehr gut durchgeführt. Vielen Dank auch an HeadOut, die mir alle meine Fragen im Vorfeld zuverlässig beantwortet haben. Es war ein sehr schönes Erlebnis in Paris.

It was so easy to book the tickets on line before we left Australia. We went on the river cruise in the evening and it was very enjoyable. The weather was quite warm, there were people all along the backs, dancing, relaxing and waving at us. The scenery and buildings were incredible . The history is great to see. When we got back, the Eiffel Tower was lit up. At 9pm it sparked for 5 minutes and the photos were so beautiful. The next day we did the tour of the Eiffel Tower. Unbelievable to actually be there at last. The views from the second level were magnificent. The tour company were easy to deal with. It was a very special post of holiday.

Everything was clear and concise from booking to meeting up beforehand. The tour itself was great and our guide certainly knew her stuff and it was lovely that there was no pressure to buy anything more and nothing was rushed

Maria was a great guide and the experience was amazing. However the optional Tour on the Seine was not explained very well, so we had to pay full price. Maria took a group picture which we haven't seen

Excellent guide, beautiful tower Finding the tower was a lot of work and I didn't know about the cruise on the seine. We would have loved it, and today we were lucky to get to the big bus station and Mr. had them take us there. Very good tour. The information should be clearer.

The tour guide Yusra Batool was highly informative about the Eiffel Tower and even provided other sightseeing suggestions in Paris. I would recommend this tour over going without a guide.

Good service, easy meeting point and access, only that we thought that someone would give us some explanation of the Tower, not the guide but we were going with a guide, the description is misleading, otherwise all correct and the staff of the agency friendly, the Eiffel Tower could better, very, very, very dry. It seems that they do not want to serve visitors and live on it.

The punctuality and cleanliness are appreciable and it is an excellent option to get to know and find your way around Paris with the possibility of transportation at no additional cost.

Our guide was Bayo and he did a great job. He was very funny and had great stories. The skip the line was great since we didn't need to wait in line.
