Golden Tours: London Hop-On Hop-Off Tour with Optional Cruise

It is good in general, but the service ends too early, which does not allow you to use it to return when the activities close. And a lot of time is wasted at the same bus stop to change drivers, it should be more dynamic. It happened to us all 3 days and we waited more than half an hour stopped. For the rest, very good. The bus is very good, the staff very friendly and very easy to present the ticket. And the routes were well planned.

on the first bus the audio was repetitive and not relevant to where we were passing through. we also had problems with the stops - without constantly looking at the map we were lost and missed stops (e.g. wanted to get off at Buckingham and missed it)

The drivers are very friendly and the service guys stationed at various stops were very helpful. And best of all there is wifi on the tour coach. My phone could not receive signals in London, but the the ground guy can retrieve my reservation and print out my ticket on the spot. Thank you for the tour.

The first bus I hopped on had a tour guide, who was brilliant, funny, and very knowledgeable about the city of London. I liked that I could stop off wherever I liked, and grab another bus down the route. The bus tracker app was also helpful to have an idea of when the next bus would be arriving.

Due to the event, certain stops thv Piccadilly were not operating, of course not in the control of the company, but as a person with a mobile disability this made me walk many miles in a city unknown to me, I had planned my day trip around using the hop on, hop off bus...I thus was not able to make much use of this😟

It was nice because the city itself is cool. The history of humanity has passed through here. What was annoying was the weather, which meant we couldn't go down to the sights because of the rain. Oh, and another thing: not having passed in front of the king's palace was annoying.

Our first ride between venues was pleasant. Loved the open air top of the bus seating. The second time we got on the bus it was lovely again for about ten minutes. Then a group of about 10 people got on and wouldn't sit down. All they wanted to do was take obnoxious selfies and lean over us. We couldn't see a thing. We promptly left the bus at the next stop and walked the rest of the way. I noticed camera on the bus and wondered why they were not told to respect the rights of other riders. They were vaping and rude. I don't care that it was their first trip to London. It was ours too.

Easy to book online. Very well organized to find the sites to visit. No unnecessary time wasted. However, I found it odd that our tickets were scanned and we were not given proof of our booking afterwards. I was asked for the tickets again later, but I'd run out of battery on my phone. They let us through anyway, but it would have been more practical to also have paper tickets issued by the person in charge on the bus, as mentioned on your website.

It was quite a good experience... worth it.. Especially, we can hop in from any designated stops and hop off.. and get around london ...

Premettendo che a Londra ogni mezzo è efficientissimo, ho prenotato questo tour due ore prima di prendere l'hop-hop bus in mattinata. Il ticket è stato immediato per email, non c'è bisogno di stamparlo né di riscattarlo. Informazioni chiare e personale cordiale. Prezzi altini, come tutto in città. Ad ogni fermata ci sono degli addetti che ti danno le indicazioni necessarie. Il bus attraversa tutto il centro di Londra e tutti i punti d'interesse principali. Chiaramente il passaggio è veloce: non c'è grandissima possibilità di scendere, visitare luoghi e risalire tante volte, perché una sola delle linee del tour dura 3 ore. Siamo scesi una sola volta per visitare la zona Tate Modern e poi ripresa un'altra linea. Non c'è stato tempo per la zona Marylebone e King's Cross. Nel nostro servizio c'era anche la crociera di sola andata sul Tamigi, ma al di là che mi è parso non fosse attiva, non c'è stato tempo. Forse meriterebbe il biglietto da due giorni.

I liked the busses and the tours. The audio was sometimes not in sync with the bus location and the huge traffic jams reduced the experience

Buses were good and clean. Staff and drivers were all terrific, could not have been better. The guide tape was absolutely crap. Mid sentence it would change to the next site even though we were no where near it. Endless hours of music when there were obvious sites that could have been explained. If I could give a minus I would for the quality of the guide. Lots of people were also discussing it during the travel. It seems most were annoyed about it

The audio - guide GERMAN was very abrupt, it startet to tell something, but all of the sudden it was telling something else, very annoying though!!! Also I would have loved to have more information. With almost every sight, it was just one or two sentences of explanation. A live guide or someone sitting on the bus explaning, even if it was in English would have been much better. But luckily the guide on the boat was a real person, he was really good. Thanks.

Your live person on the bus was great and knowledgeable. It was great seeing the city from above and understanding the layout of London.

The booking was easy. We had trouble finding where to start. I realise you can join wherever you like but the bus stop at Waterloo wasn't easy to know where. The trip was good, You had to miss two loops due to the traffic hold ups which was understandable but disappointing. We had a lovely time

It was great experience and interesting routes. We have completed all of them and also it can be used as transport within the city

We could explore the city after one round of travel
