Premium Guided Tour of Neuschwanstein Castle & Linderhof Palace with Transfers from Munich & Admission Tickets

Ticketing was easy to do on my phone. The trip was fantastic, we were able to view the inside of the Neuschwanstein Castle & Linderhof Palace, learning a lot about the history. Maxine our tour guide was great, a wonderful person and a top notch guide.. The entire experience was well planned. The bus had snacks and drinks for the journey in both directions. And we were offered a German Beer on the trip bad. Would highly recommend this tour.

Hello! I booked one month ago this trip to Bavarian castle, I choosed the trip - with acces tickets inside the castles, food and snaks, guide - but I didn't know at that moment that what I choosed it was VIP tickets - because it was no mentioned about this anywere! But it was a really VIP Tickets! We had a VIP bus, only 24 places (in stade of 52 how much are in a normal buses), the guide - Carolina, I want to mention her name because deserves to be mentioned - it was a really professional guide, full of information and she take care of everything, the driver it was very professional and very friendly (unfortunatelly I don't remember his name). IT WAS A LITLE PROBLEM at the beginning - that have to be mentioned - because the lady from the local partner who coordinates the turists to the buses make a mistake and sent us to the wrong bus, without checking what kind of tickets we had (the first hour we did not benefit from the VIP tickets we had paid for). This problem it was solved after one hour and a half, at the first stop - but ... we didn't not benefit from the VIP tickets we had paid for!!) In rest everything ok and we are happy that we are glad that we continued the collaboration with the Headout company (we are on our 2nd trip in the last 2 months) and we will definitely call on the company's services on other occasions, in other locations where we will go. And we will recommend the agency to our friends. I only recommend that VIP be written on the ticket packages where they are considered VIP (as was our case).

I paid for premium guided tour where the description says it will be for a small group of people but only to found out I'm in a big bus with others who paid half of what I paid. Well at least the double price I paid resulted in the guide reserving the front row seats for those who paid premium prices.

Luxury transport with nice refeshments on the bus. Very knowledgeable guide. No waiting in queues at the castles. A day packed with memories to cherish!

The premium tour was definitely worth the price because the bus was way nicer, there was coffee, water, fruits, and snacks, the tour groups were smaller so we weren't crowded into the spaces as much as the bigger groups were. We got to the castles early so we were the first ones in line. I do recommend not booking on a sunday as the stores will be closed if you want souvenirs.

I can't tell you how pleased we were with this experience. Having been to Munich and the surrounding area several times, usually driving myself, this was a top notch tour. The bus was wonderful, cofortable and very roomy. We were provided with snacks and drinks during the trip and there was no concern about driving or being sure that we had the correct tickets for the times that we wanted to tour the various castles. I would strongly recommend taking this tour if your going to be in Munich and want to see castles and the countryside. We were treated like royalty and loved every minute of our adventure. Thank you to Headout and the staff for making this a memorable time for us.

This is perhaps the best part of our vacation. Castles, horse drawn carriages, a view of the Alps that beats any picture and great places for the family to take some picturees of their own

What an odd mix of the start natural beauty of the Alps from the Oberammergau town in contrast to the still beautiful but now, manmade marvels that stood tall and mighty-- the Castles.

This was the best family tourist vacation package. Seeing some of the most gorgeous places near Munich. We were all silenced by the gardens at Castle Linderhof.

You have not experienced Munich in all it's glory if you skipped the Neuschwanstein Castle. But the trip to Linderhof was almost unexpected until we saw this great packageon Headout

the tour is quite fun and the tour guide Annette is very nice. It's a long day tour compare to most but worth the trip!
