Big Bus: 24/48-Hour Hop-On Hop-Off Bus Tour of Paris with Optional Cruise

Nice Tour and good audio information. The tour is showing most relevant attractions and it is very easy to hop on and off.

Tickets were the problem I ended up paying more then double due to tickets issued incorrectly. I should have just bought them on the bus. It added a child that I couldn't delete and 48hrs when I wanted 24hrs so never again and then had to down load the head out app and bus driver had to believe me I had the tickets as they took too long to appear

Great way to get an overall view of Paris if you're new to the city! Lots of pick up and drop off points at most of the major sights. Audio tour guide was informative. Highly recommend !

It was so easy to get on and off. The drivers and guides were super helpful even let us wait on a parked bus to get out of the cold and rain until the other bus came.

Booked the 24 hour hop on hop bus and it was such a great way of seeing the sights of Paris and getting your barings. It was really easy, just show yiur headout mobile ticket, the big bi's people scan it and give you a paper ticket and you're good to go.

We had a very unpleasant experience with the Hop-On Hop Of. The two blue and red lines have the same colors. Making identification difficult. When we questioned the driver shouted at us. Although we remain calm and polite. However, the person did not have the same education. It should make it easier for tourists who don't have to know how everything works. Because if I knew, I would never ask a rude person for information.

Easy way to see the city. We didn't have headphones so couldn't hear the tour descriptions which was a little disappointing but we enjoyed the views.

We could get on/off anywhere we wanted. This was tremendously nice. also, the narrated stories were easy to understand and was tremendously helpful.

My husband and I were only in Paris for a short time and wanted to see the most without necessarily walking as we had been walking about 10+ miles a day and were exhausted. We think this is a great way to see Paris and the fact that you can get out at the stop and there is a bus that comes within 10 minutes or so is a great way to explore the city.

We booked a hop-on hop-off tour through the center of Paris past all the sights. Everything went smoothly. There was a member of staff at the relevant stops who met us, converted the online tickets into paper bus tickets and then assigned us to the appropriate bus. Communication was in English (apart from hello, thank you and good evening, I can hardly speak French). On the bus there were free headphones and you get detailed information about all the sights. Not boring, though, but always fresh and to the point. I can only recommend this to anyone visiting this beautiful city. Take a bus tour like this. Makes it complete. A really entertaining excursion.

We enjoyed the experience, but there are two things that could be better: there is a transparent tarpaulin cover for very cold days (standing on top of the bus catching the wind in the cold is not a good experience), and the time the bus runs is very short, with the last bus passing in some places at 17:40 as the last time (according to the people who work on the bus).

Super easy to buy tickets on line. Lovely but peaceful way to explore Paris as a beginner tourist. Was a bit hard to find a at which to hop on . Please supply a map with the e -tickets

Would recommend the on-off bus. Great way to get around and see as much as possible. We did the 2 day pass and I'm glad we did so the 2nd day we got off and walked around more.

Great experience for a quick highlights of Paris' best attractions. Easy and clear instructions for using the voucher to redeem the tickets.

We had a waiting time of 30 minutes at Trocadero. The strangest thing was that the driver seemed unaware of this.. he was surprised wheen we told him this

Worth it with the discount. Very enjoyable to see main highlights of Paris. Perhaps could have listened to more commentary in fact.

Those staff of Big Buses are very helpful and very happy to serve to us about our tour around the city of Paris. We really enjoyed the whole thing, it was a great way to see the whole city. The only negative was that the bus was dirty, and headphones weren't provided like it had said they would be.
