Witness for the Prosecution

Very good atmospheric venue. Good seats and view, sound was good also. Staff were helpful and polite. The actors were excellent playing their parts and made the whole experience enjoyable.

County Hall is a large building. It would have been helpful if the location of the relevant entrance had been identified somewhere in the copious literature provided before the event. We had to walk half way around the building to find we were in the wrong place. Had we been late this could have been disastrous. Acting quality was good. The acoustics of the venue were adequate and I could hear nearly all of the dialogue well enough. However, the background noises and music were mainly a distraction and completely unnecessary.

The performance of 'Witness for the Prosecution' was fantastic. Very tense and exciting, with a great twist at the end !

The venue is amazing--much better than a standard theater. Felt like we were in the courtroom. Story was typical Agatha Christie with an unexpeced ending. Highly recommended.

Actors were excellent. Thought it was well done. Music and lighting and whispers were an asset. Loved the theatre being an actual courtroom.

The seats were benches and were very uncomfortable for such a long show. It should be made clear that they are benches - I would have paid for a seat at time of purchase if it had been.

The seats allowed you to feel close to the acting which was great. Stairs quite dangerous though. So people need to take great care.

The venue was perfect for the courtroom drama, my seat was a last minute purchase, so at the very top of the theatre but still very good views of the stage. The staff were lovely and very helpful in directing to toilets, bar, door entry.

My mum got ill and fainted at the theatre! Toby who was working there went above and beyond in helping her out in getting her out, helping with water and making sure she was OK.

Tickets were easy to book and the performance was outstanding. A great venue for this production. Would highly recommend.

The ticket ordering system was simple and quick, and the organization etc. at the show, "Witness for the Prosecution" was very good. The play itself, and the actors, was also very good and impressive. Regarding the booking process, there was a small issue with regard to booking the exact seats I wanted - I broke the booking process off for a short time, and subsequently could not book the 2 seats I had previously "reserved" - but that was nothing serious.

Very simple to book the tickets. Our seats were immediately stage side. The play was excellent, the actors as well and the acoustics were very good. Thoroughly enjoyed!

Ticketing was easy and uncomplicated. I liked the play "Witness for the prosecution" very much. The stage looked like a real courtroom. The actors were convincing.

Fantastic stage set up! Excellent acting. I really had abig surprise enteting the hall, which is completely in tune with the AC novels!

Excellent play. Agatha Christie never ceases to amaze with her ability to keep the audience guessing and always with a twist to the end. Highly recommend this play.

Great seats, talented actors/actresses, amazing set changes. Riveting production for everyone. A fine performance for all of the audience. What a treat!
