Eiffel Tower Tickets with City Tour & Seine River Cruise

The portion of the ticket for the Eiffel Tower was a fabulous experience. The guide was on time, helpful and explained everything thoroughly. The next guide for the crew was a no show to the area we were told to meet. After contacting you and receiving a voucher, we still weren't able to take the boat cruise on the Seine since the remainder of our days in Paris didn't allow time for the boat ride. I would like a refund for the boat ride portion of our ticket X 4 persons. You may credit the account given to pay the original $106 X 4. Thank you for your prompt attention. Sherry Johnston

Although the tour was good, there was an incredible amount of time waiting around, when the tour states 4 hours this is misleading, as the activities themselves probably do so however it's the waiting for each activity. It was a two hour wait alone for the boat trip! Then the rest! Prepare to leave yourself a full day when booking this experience.

The experience was more of facilitation of 3 parts, Tower, Guided bus (audio) and river cruise. Having our own time to tour the tower was really good but it did not leave sufficient time to cruise then meet the bus departure time. By the time we returned on the bus it was getting too late for us to take the cruise. I think it should have started with the bus then tower then cruise at your leisure.

We loved the tour guide - only wish she could have come with us!! She gave us the information and helped us go through to the tower. It was an amazing experience.

We were told too late that the Eiffel Tower was closed. So we could only do the boat trip and the bus tour. We were told that we would be refunded the entrance fee for the Eiffel Tower. To date there has been no refund.

The places speak for themselves, without a guide, they are beautiful. I would improve the guide in Spanish, we are a little forgotten.

Very attentive and helpful, Marcela was our guide in Effiel Tower super nice giving good tips to have a good time in Paris.

The punctuality, the certain possibility of realizing everything promised. Besides, everything was very nice. The bus was very good, the boat was very good, a pity that it was raining at that time, but everything was very nice.

A destacar: Guías multilingües. Tiempo más que suficiente para estar en la tour Eiffel por cuenta propia subiendo a la cima. Poder hacer el paseo en barco otro día. Recomendable!!!

Las horas del itinerario fueron diferentes a lo que dice la descripción y por ello ya no pude asistir al recorrido en bus ya que tenia otra reservacion más tarde.

Everything was perfect. Well coordinated, friendly and multilingual guides. The entrance to the Eiffel Tower was expeditious and we had enough time to tour it with time, at our pace, then the city-tour had an adequate duration, touring the most important heritage sites, ending with a cruise on the Seine which was spectacular, We liked everything.

La experiencia fue encantadora! El trato de todos los guías excelente y preparados en varios idiomas. Cumplieron con todo lo Pactado! Inolvidable experiencia. Un detalle: Si contratas la experiencia completa: Cima Torre Effiel , Bus por la cuidad y barco por el Sena, ten en cuenta que te llevará más de 4 hrs. Es casi todo el día. Saludos

In general the coordination was good, the people were punctual, but the service of the agent was not outstanding, he guided us very quickly to the line to enter the Eiffel Tower and that was it, that was the end of his work. On the other hand we were with a baby in a stroller, he didn't care so much, he walked super fast and left us behind even though we told him. I also think that he should give more information about the boat, anticipate the long lines and the right place, we made the line in the wrong boat so we had to do it twice.

The description of the meeting place was very inaccurate. The guide had a small flag with a different name, headout was written so small that it was not recognizable. We almost missed the tour because of this. They should improve that! Many greetings

Very nice guide. Eiffel Tower worked out well and was very nice. The boat tour was also nice. The information in advance was completely inadequate. We would not have booked the tour if we had known that the bus ride is not until 9 pm. The meeting point was 16:45. We therefore skipped the bus ride.

Having only one full day in Paris, the bus tour and river cruise were an excellent way to see all the highlights of Paris. The bus tour guide was excellent and very knowledgable.

The bus tour was accompanied by a commentary that was almost impossible to read (lack of time). It would be better to have a single commentary for all visitors. On the other hand, your guide's occasional interventions were very interesting. During boat cruises, the messages and comments were incomprehensible or inaudible.

The bus tour was really great. A wonderful way to see the city and highlights when you have limited time.

Obviously the Eiffel Tower was the best. All other activities were also well planned and enjoyed it.
