Sagrada Familia Fast-Track Guided Tour with Towers Access

I want to tell what improve, meeting at the shop was clear, but guides to not present themself well so it's clear whoms guide, as no guide showed up we start looking in the shop where we found activity's though no sign indicating it was the tour. Please put up sign and dress guides well so they easy to recognize

The tour was fantastic. Our guide was incredibly knoweldgable and La Sagrada Familia was just amazing. My only negative feedback is the advised meeting point is WRONG for this tour which meant I nearly missed the tour (despite standing exactly where the dot is in the instructions for 30 mins prior to the meeting time). It is actually across the road near the "meeting point #2" pink sign. The pink "IBE" sign i was told to look for is tiny and mostly white. Please update the meeting point information for future guests as it was really stressful to get a phone call saying "where are you?.... there are 29 people waiting for you".

Mark was absolutely terrific telling us interesting details about the construction and meaning about Sagrada Familia. Answered our questions and guided us through the mass of people. However, the only negative was the instructions for meeting up. The map and photograph indicated the meeting point as across the street from Sagrada when in fact it was on the same side of the street as Sagrada by a pink sign with number 2. We arrived at exactly 2:00pm as instructed but saw no one from the tour. After waiting 15 minutes we finally crossed the street to Sagrada and happened upon Mark and the group. Almost missed the tour! We were not happy about that. indicated to meet across the street by

Our tour guide, Guadalupe, did an excellent job educating the group on the history of the Sagrada Familia. We enjoyed her commentary and wouldn't do the tour any other way. Thank you for a memorable experience.

Direction on where to meet our guide was poor. If one of our group didn't have a working cell phone we would not have met our guide. We were at the dipicted location but it wasn't correct.

The tour was very informative and entertaining. The cathedral and the towers were breathtakingly beautiful. Anytime again. Clear recommendation!

Guide was excellent. On time , knowledgeable, not rushed. The julia travel tour Office folks could use little more help to provide clear instructions to the guests. Many folks could be visiting first time.

Wir haben die interessante, umfassende und facettenreiche Führung mit Lupe von IBE Tours sehr genossen. In diesem Kontext erfuhren wir mehr über die Architektur, Geschichte, aber auch über die zukünftige Perspektive der Sagrada Familia. Zahlreiche Anekdoten und Hintergrundgeschichten machten das Ganze sehr lebendig. Lupe ging auf alle Fragen ein und kümmerte sich super um die Gruppe. The tour guide' 'David' was fabulous! The instructions for the meeting point were very unclear meeting point number 2 was not mentioned on the guide info until we had to call and ask! Advise customers to visit the bathroom before meeting the tour and don't leave it for the guide to send everyone off before the tour! A few gripes petty maybe but the guide and the tour were great thanks !

The place is beautiful, well worth a visit. Too bad we waited in the wrong place. I wasn't told it had changed to point 2, but it worked out.

Our guide Martha was awesome. She made our trip worthwhile by telling us all significant historical details about the place and answered all queries enthusiastically. We got ample time to explore the place on our own as well. The view from the top was mesmerizing. What a masterpiece!

The guide was not where it indicated at all and definitely didn't realize that - totally other side of the street and wasn't holding a pink sign your meeting directions are off bc they were on other street corner - very easy to miss and there was a pink sign very high on a poll but that wasn't the directions - further more the guide was fine / even good but the tour in it's intirity took almost 5 hours - and I think it said 1.5 hour tour so that was really misleading.

How easy it was to get a ticket and skip the lines with this tour. The Tour guide was very knowledgeable and made it even better to get to know what we were looking at. It was educational and grand.

The speed and efficiency of the entrance was great and out guide was so enthusiastic and knowledgeable it was a real pleasure to learn about Gaudi and the history of the building

Found ticket on your website, when nowhere else it was available. On a short notice of less than 2 hours! My guide David was awesome! Funny, friendly, very talkative, and omg! The knowledge he has! Thank you for your superb service. It's my third time with you and I definitely will use your services again.

Lupe was a lovely (and funny) guide with great information. She clearly had a passion for Sagrada Familia and was helpful and kind.

The church is incredibly beautiful and definitely worth the money! I didn't notice anything about the fast lane, we had to wait about 15 minutes at the entrance and almost 30 minutes at the elevator. I wasn't aware of the different providers either, which is why I couldn't find the toir on site. However, the customer service was very friendly and the guide also looked for missing guests before the start.

The tour was an experience. Unfortunately, we were assigned to the wrong group, so we almost didn't get to visit the towers. However, the misunderstanding was quickly resolved on site and we were able to go up.

The guide was knowledgeable & helped me see thing i would have missed or wouldn't have known if i'd simply visited on my own. The text updates were incredibly helpful. The ease with which we made it through security was seamless. I didn't know i needed a euro to check my bags in a locker before the tower tour and the guide took care of it for me.

This was our second visit to Sagrada Familia and again it was excellent. The only disappointment was that we could not go up the tower due to the weather conditions but we understand that we will receive a partial refund in the next 10-14 days.
