Thanks for the ability to see a great show! I think your Customer Service Dept. can use some adjustments. My experience dat of was awesome in following your instructions from the confirmation email. My experience leading up to show day was very overwhelming with lack of clarity, it felt like a scam. No one would answer the phone and when I finally got through, it didn’t make me feel confident in my purchase. I recommend adding an additional note stating you’re a 3rd party and/or seat numbers will be given day of being that tickets are purchased in bulk. That may relieve some anxiety. Otherwise, thank you!
