Knowing that I don't speak English, I asked the bus driver if this was the bus to Luton airport, and he replied that it was, because I confided in him because he spoke a little Spanish. Afterwards, on the way to the airport, we asked again if this was the right way, because I had looked on Google maps and realized that this was not the right way, The gentleman explained that we had to look at the front of the bus, something he hadn't explained to us in Victoria station. Because of all this we lost our return flights to Paris, staying in a panic because it was getting dark. I feel very superior to your company.

Our guide didn't understand our request, so we missed our flight to Paris, as we had bought the ticket for Place Victoria - Luton airport and the bus we boarded was destined for Stamford airport. The driver confirmed that it was Luton. We lost a day's work and money because of your company, psychologically we were completely destabilized because of the language, helpless and desperate. We hope that in the future your company will be able to provide staff who speak several languages.

Sitting on the elevated leather seat let me have a clear look at the enchanting St Albany County followed by Brent Reservoir. Price was convenient for covering so many attractions like Tussauds and Hyde Park.

Excellent price offered by Headout. It has mentioned all the attractions to be covered on the journey. Being a cricket lover, I looked forward to Lord’s Cricket stadium, but did not get a window seat!

From Luton airport, there was heavy crowd and relatively much less transport available. As I had booked the bus tickets online from Headout, I was able to avoid the hassle. The spacious interior was comfy.
