Milan in a Day: Downtown, Last Supper, & Cathedral Guided Tour with Museum Pass

Giada was very attentive and told us many interesting details about history and life in Milan. The time and place indicated were correct and easy to find.

The guide and walk around was really nice. The museum pass however did not work at all we went to a few and were denied entry.

Our guide was very knowledgable and shared lost of tidbits regarding Milan. Easy to book, easy to start, and easy walk.

Great, but it's a pity that not all the services were provided.

The tour guide was very pleasant, neat, understanding and most important an expert of Milan and Milan history, and also worked extremely well managing the crowd. The reason I rated a good and not an awesome, is we received strict direction from your company to adhere to the arrival/start time. I had to call the company at ~ 9:12 AM as our guide was not at the starting point and was a bit late, so, we were concerned.

Silvia, our guide was simply Awesome!!!! I don't think we could of asked for a better guide nor experience. You can tell she enjoys what she does and that reflects in her delivery. If you are looking for one tour while in Milan, look no further. This tour takes the cake and the candles not to mention, it finishes with a "Bang" with "The Last Supper."

Tour guide Ms Sylvia was knowledgeable and considerate throughout the tour. She explained the details of the history of Milan with lots of enthusiasm. She also gave time for us to absorb the beauty on our own.

It's not possible to see last supper individually.So I reached you.Maybe we are the only attendants whose mother tongue is not English. Sometime We were difficult to understand,but it's enjoyable and good for English brush up. We would like to join you sometime in other places.

Fabulous organisation and the most amazing and knowledgeable guide. Her enthusiasm and genuine love of the city shone through. Full praise to Silvia...she was outstanding.

Guide très intéressante et très agréable qui nous a aussi donné de bon conseils pour d'autres visites de la ville ou d'expositions. Tout a été très bien organisé et le RV était fiable. Seule remarque : nous aurions aimé une visite en français.

The city tour was well organised. The guide had a great knowledge about the visited places. I enjoyed the journey very much.

Die Tour war völlig in Ordnung, die Führerin hat sich gut ausgekannt und uns viel vermittelt. Allerdings hatten wir eine Halbtages-Tour bis 19h gebucht. Das war der Führerin nicht bekannt und wir waren um 17h bereits am Ende.....

Gebucht war eine 6-Stunden Städttetour inkl. der Mailänder Dom von innen ohne Warteschlange; der Tourveranstalter hat uns zwei Tage vorher mitgeteilt, dass aufgrund einer unvorhergesehenen Schließung des Doms die Dom-Führung nicht stattfinden kann und eine Alternative angeboten. Das war "nicht okay", auch wenn den Verantstalter keine Schuld trifft. Die Tour (mit Alternativprogramm) wurde professionell und informativ durchgeführt. Nur Hangout hat den Vogel der Verwirrung abgeschossen und am Vorabend der Tour einen falschen Treffpunkt angegeben. Das ist nicht nur "nicht okay", sondern völlig daneben. Zum Glück haben wir den Tourveranstalter kontaktiert - der immer, Tag und Nacht - sofort per SMS anpsrechbar war und reagiert hat, und der hat uns den richtigen Treffpunkt genannt. Hätten wir auf Hangout gehört, hätten wir am falschen Treffpunkt vergeblich gewartet, und die ganze Reise nach Mailand wäre im Eimer gewesen. Darum: Wir werden in Zukunft nicht mehr über Hangout buchen.

We thought it was going to be a 3 hour experience, but it was 6 and didn't really seem to have a 3 hour option. No Sistine Chapel. The speaker was great and it was pretty well organized.

The tour was really nice (even though it was quite long - 6h but you get a few breaks including a 1h break to get lunch) You'll see everything important in Milan and if you only have one day in Milan I definitely recommend it as you won't lose time figuring out what's important or where everything is. We got headphones so we could hear our guide throughout the entire tour really well and you don't hear many street noises. Our guide was really experienced and made the tour really interesting Overall a great experience!!!

Visite très agréable et très complète en compagnie de Larissa qui a su nous communiquer sa passion pour la ville de Milan. Nous nous en souviendrons longtemps. A recommander chaudement.

The tour has started a couple of minutes later than announced, because the tour guide was late; but it was acceptable then. Which shocked me is that the tour ended at 17:25, instead of the announced time 19:45. This practically means that the 6-hour guded tour actually lasted less than 4 hours. The guide seemingly did not welcome questions from the audience. Rather, she did her own monologue. In all, it was one of the worst experiences to me in guided tours.

Totally disorganised. We paid for a 6 hour tour and got 3 hours. Guide started tour while people were trying to get headsets to work. No explanation of planned orders of seeing attractions. Got an email day before tour with different meet point to that previously advised. Supposed to be a tour of max 18 people but at last supper I counted 30. A totally incompetent tour in every aspect. Avoid!

We received an email the night before the tour, telling us to meet at the train station. We went to the station and waited for ~ 1/2 hour and NOBODY was there. We could not wait all day so we left. I would like a full refund.
