Eiffel Tower Climbing Experience with Optional Summit Access & River Cruise

Henry, our guide was great. He was very well prepared. He knew everything about Eiffel, the tower, the construction. The guided tour was informative, interesting, well organized.

Hello, the tour to the Eiffel Tower was very good, as was the guide, but we only got one ticket each for the Eiffel Tower and not the ticket for the river cruise!

Everything worked like clockwork. We met the tour guide at an easy to find location, who then took us straight through the security lines (admittedly, we had booked early tickets). Yes, there were almost 700 steps up to the second floor but we had specifically wanted to walk. Interesting tour guide with many historical facts that were fascinating. We were left to our own devices after the tour with no time limit to leave.

Our guide Henri was excellent in terms of explaining the history of the tower and he answered lots of questions of the group. Also it was quite easy to enter the tower.

The tour guide (Henry) was abosultely correct with us, he was well prepaired, kind. However, at the beginning of the tour, we were not sure what exactly happening, because the summit was closed for a while and Henry tried to explain how can we go up to the summit later, but it was very uncertain, unclear. He really tried his best, but there were some mistrust in the situation. Your company should prepare a bit better to the similar situations, when the summit is closed. It would be much better for the visitors and the could help the guide, too.

Guide to begin the tour was easy to find. Guide that took us up the tower was entertaining and gave us facts in a fun way. We walked to level 2. It's intense, especially if you've walked all day. Going to the third level was worth it. Views from second and third are amazing. Watch the tower sparkle for 5-min, on the hour, starting at dusk.

The guide is amazing, the tower is incredible, but no one could tell me if I was entitled to the cruise! So I didn't do the Rio Cruise!

Well organised tour, the guide waited for us punctually at the advised meeting point, we didn't have to wait long at the entrance to the staircase for accessing the Eiffel Tower, informative tour, optional climb to the top without the guide was included.

Kadir was a brilliant guide, knew some awesome facts which he shared with us. He kept the whole group entertained with his presentation whilst we were queuing. Really enjoyed the experience !

Tour guide Amira hope I remembered her name. She was lovely really knowledgeable and great humour aswell which is needed when on these type of tours. She kept everyone engaged including our kids who were both 9yo. Disappointed the weather turned on us and we didn't reach the summit so next time it is. Past the queue, straight to the ascent. Guide was relaxed and informative, also on board: funny alternative information.

I liked the organization, the way everything is set up for the safety of visitors, as well as the order and support provided to tourists.

Ana was fantastic! She did an excellent job leading the group, making appropriate climbing breaks, and providing much knowledge information about the history of both the Eiffel Tower and of Paris. Highly recommended booking, it will enhance your experience!

I feel cheated because I booked the elevator to the top. Because of the weather that day we were told that once we got to the top we would see if we could go up. When we got to the second floor the guide left us and with a group we found out that it was feasible to go to the top but then we realized that the ticket taken by the guide did not include the top so we could not go up. Several people who spoke better English called to complain but there was no answer. I feel that I am owed money, my group was 5 people who were left without going up to the top and I could not even pay for the access because it was explained to us that we had to go down to the first one and pay again in full. We had an enthusiastic guide who gave us a very informative tour. It was interesting to learn the history of the Eiffel Tower and exciting going up to the summit even if claustrophobic in lift. We appreciated being put on the next tour as we missed our designated tour due to confusion over meeting point.

The ticket time was changed, the summit was closed and I have been promised a refund which has not happened yet. The meeting point was changed and then I got a message saying we were not there when in fact we were! The tour however was excellent and the guide very good

When we arrived at the meeting point we found out that we would not have the Spanish speaking guide; we decided to do the tour with the English speaking guide, since it was our last day in the city.

Our guide hisham did a very good job. His timing is letting us looking around and giving all the explanations was perfect.
