A great experiece, all the way from the very nice person managing the que and instructing me how to buy a ticket online to avoid the que, to being in the crypt where the giants rest. And to see a Focault pendulum for real! and the classical paintings and scultures togetner with Kiefer's modern art, together with someone singing beautifully in the background, and with all the horrors in the world in mond. It was really huge.

I would of enjoyed the visit if the audio guide was working properly. The headset was VERY BIG and when i turned my head to fast it fell off my head. The stations where one was to receive information was very lowtowards the floor. Folks were getting on their knees to scan the start utton. My headphone midway, changed from English to some other langage. There was no one around the area to assist.

I initially clicked on this booking and it said it included an audio guide however on arrival to the venue we were told it did not have the audio guide included in the ticket which was a shame, especially as travelling in a country with a different language to my own. It seems now I reread the inclusion criteria there was not an audio guide book included but it would be more helpful to outline this clearly on the initial advertisement for the tickets! Or have an option to include an audio guide without the need to upgrade to the tour Otherwise had no concerns with the tickets, they scanned well and got in super speedily which was perfect.

Ticketing was very easy and fast. We actually bought tickets for the friday before but we weren't able to go that day. The prices were low enough that we happily reprurchased for another day. We were able to get through security and have our tickets scanned in less than 5 minutes. The time and date was great as it wasn't super busy and we could take our time and walk through and enjoy the site at our own pace.

Paris Panthéon was one of the highlights of my trip to Paris. The building was amazing and the crypt was amazing finding the coffins of Marie Curie and Louis Braille. Highly recommend to anybody visiting Paris. Long queue outside with no tickets,so purchased tickets online and walked straight in and avoidied any queue.

I had a hard time getting a ticket through the Pantheon's official website. It was so easy to book it using head out. Panthéon had an amazing architecture and beautiful stained glasses, paintings and sculptures. You can also pay homage to many people famous and those who fought for the country. Well worth the visit.

It didn't start well enough, as when I got back to the Dome, I couldn't find any explanations, but I was lucky enough to wander around and discover a room that wasn't accessible to tourists. What's more, I was delighted to be welcomed by Mr Fabrice B**, who blew me away with his knowledge of this magnificent place; I even know the particularity of cannon number 7 ;=). Listening to him, you can tell he's passionate about his job and his love for this place..... I would have stayed for hours listening to him!!! If he reads the comments, I'd like to thank him for his kindness and benevolence, as well as Mr C**; he too was a very good guide; thanks to him, I know where people in wheelchairs go to avoid the steps and many other things, including the "little secret" at the back of General Liautey's tomb.

Beautiful place to visit, well worth booking tickets in advance but make sure you get the tickets to climb to the roof at the same time. Or at least when you arrive. We ended up hanging around inside for over an hour waiting because the tickets are set for a specific time. You can't leave and come back in.

I was unable to attend on scheduled date and now, even though it "appears" the ticket is still valid into the future, there might be significant entrance problems if I try to redeem them. So in my mind D the only thing that works is that the tour company has my money and I have a piece of paper.

Skipping the line is only any help if it was clear from the outset it didn't include tickets to climb to the panorama. It wasn't clear that this was excluded and by the time we returned to the queue to buy these the times available were so late they did t work for us as we had to be elsewhere.

On April 3 there was a strike, the Pantheon was closed but on the site I bought 3 tickets for the strike day on April 3. No information on the strike on the site. I arrived from Greece and the next day I was leaving. So I paid 39 euros for nothing and wasted my time. I hope the refund will be made. It's minimal.

We missed our time slot due to not getting a ride there due to Paris traffic. We called the office and asked if we can join the next tour. Was told, no, sorry, out of luck. Made it to the Louvre, only to find out that the ticket was not issued to the individual, it was a group tour. So, not only did I pay 4 times the price of the museum ticket for the tour, but also had to buy another admission prize to the museum.

Nothing. When I purchased my ticket it confirmed my payment and said in 30 minutes I will receive my tickets via the email I gave. I downloaded your app and it said to call this number (a USA number) for any questions or for help which was totally not helpful. I didn't appreciate what Headout said but did not do. In addition, I was not given an option to cancel the tickets and return my payment. Instead, the only option was that you have a year to use it. It's a use it or lose it.

We were very pleased with the tour, but what was really wrong was that all the explanations were in English. All the ticket reservations were made in French, all the explanations of what we were going to see were in French and, unless I'm mistaken, nowhere did it say that the guided tour would be in English. Fortunately, the guide was nice and translated a few songs for us, but that's not what was agreed at the outset. So we're happy with what we saw, but not with the explanations, of which we only got a few fragments...

An amazing experience, quite literally from top to bottom. From the crypt to the panorama it was incredible - the history, the art, the views. My family lives very nearby, yet I had never been. So glad I went during this stay. We arrived to find a line to purchase tickets, but the online ticketing app took two seconds and saved us from the queue.
