Nothing, because we couldn't use any bus on booking date 5.10.2024.because no bus by SIT was there after 16:20 or after 4:20 PM and you sold me tickets for the time 7 PM.
Also chat was bad, every day the same problem I explained several times to AI and your team and they dont do anything and I didnt got back money for that wrong tickets you sold me.

Kept asking for 48 hours again and again until it was half a month later and you still wouldn't get me a refund even though you were in the wrong. You offered me "credits" when I don't live in an area where you provide services, my ticket was for a vacation that has now ended.
