Budapest Day or Evening Danube River Sightseeing Cruise

Great z the ship is very spacious, clean. The staff is very polite and attentive. The only downside is that it departs from the buda shore but it was no problem.

We found it a bit boring, we thought it would be longer itinerary instead we did the same laps several times. At the reception was Kristian who welcomed us nicely.

It would have been nice for the crew to make announcements as we went past famous buildings not guided tour but so that people could go see as it was a cold windy day when we went.

It said everywhere to stay seated because there wouls be service on board, none of the 5+ staff members on board came to take my order. The audio guide is only available if you download an app and a file on that app on the spot: which you cannot do without using data or wifi. At least there was a bit of info on the screens (not in sync with cruise and very minimal). The views were worth the money, but will not book again.

Danube river cruise is a must do activity in Budapest. Especially in the night, it is magical when the historical buildings are lighted. The cruise takes about an hour. It is better to come early before your time slot and stand in the queue so that you get the best seats in the ferry. Buying the tickets from headout was fairly easy. With the map, it was easy to locate the boarding point.

The booked experience was really good! The staff courteous. The boat was "indoors" and at night on the Danube was really a plus. Inside there is a very good bar and very clean toilets. The guide for the attractions is not vocal but available on the monitor in English

I really enjoyed this experience! As negative points I would say that there are two: being an enclosed space and with so many people the glass of the boat fogs up and makes it difficult to see clearly the landscape. And the other negative point is the lack of availability to go to the upper part of the boat to see the views from an open air place. Go very early, before the time you will be given in the reservation, so you can sit next to the windows. Overall, a very good guided tour and a very good service-price ratio.

It was brilliant value for money and lasted just the right amount of time to see the key sights along both banks of the river. It was good to have the inside and outside seating options

It was a nice cruise experience, the staff is very kind and caring. Especially Christian asked whether we are happy, we need anything extra. We enjoyed our time much by watching the most remarkable sightseeing places along Danube during the sunset. Definitely we'll come again. Thanks for great service, highly recommended!

Ticketing experience was very good. Everything ran smoothly. The fact that they left the windows open was an asset to take photos. There was a drizzle of rain and upstairs was quite chilly. Therefore staying inside offered some shelter and at the same time there was no interference with the glass of the windows.

Firstly, finding the spot throuh the details on the app was very easy and then, the night cruise on the Danube was so great, it had live music, it was spacious, it had a bar where you could order cocktails on very reasonable prices and yhe night view was beautiful. Would definitely recommend!

The trip was so incredibly fast that we barely had time to have the drink we had booked. Since the ship was full and the waiters were going from table to table, they were not enough. Solution: Let people pick up their drinks as they enter or when they want, or another solution is to give a few more minutes before departure for people to pick up their drinks and take them to the table and enjoy them while contemplating the views during the trip.

The views of the ship were very lovely. Was concerned at first when I got seated at a table in the middle but I found the observation deck. It was smooth sailing.

A very kind treatment. Spectacular views even from inside the boat. There is very good live music.

The dispoydel staff to accept us on board even though we had anticipated the day of reservation by one day. Not only that, they also seated us at the top of the ship making us enjoy a beautiful and engaging show.

Great experience at a fair price! Mini cruise on the Danube with breathtaking views, a drink included and nice music! Recommend!

They say that you have to be there half an hour before and when you get to the beach they make you wait outside in the cold, we had no audio guide...the good thing was to get to know Budapest from the Danube.
