I enjoyed visiting this beautiful theater with an excellent audio guide that gave me a lot of historical information about the theater itself. On my own and in my own time I enjoyed it!!!

A beautiful building with interesting history. Well worth visiting. The audio guide was informative and the tour worth the money.
Just a shame that staff were quite rude and not at all welcoming.

This tour is truly magnificent. In terms of organization, the audioguides are very practical, allowing you to follow the tour at your own pace.
The concert hall is just wow!
The royal box was truly sumptuous.
It's just a shame we weren't able to visit all the rooms because of a concert taking place there.
It's a visit I'd recommend.

Simply stunning
And even more so when you know the history of this mythical place.
Plus an audio guide! Allow 45 minutes 1 hour
I recommend
Thank you

Very easy to go at your own pace and see the Theatre. You are required to leave your ID to ensure that you return your audioguide. I left my Ontario (Canada) driver's license instead of a passport, which they were fine with. Overall a lovely building and worth the visit!

Audioguide interesting, concise and with essential info. Beautiful addition of music
Too bad two rooms were not visitable, due to conferences/concerts

La Fenice was absolutely awesome. When we booked tickets there was no option to book for children, so we did that at the venue. It would have been easy to just get tickets all together at the venue. No real need to book in advance.

Beautifully restored, again as recently as a few years ago, large-staged theatre with one hell of a history, including fires (plural), Royal box in-and-out of favour, Napoleonic era history, and absolutely magnificent restoration on a large scale. Quietly beautiful. Would LOVE to see a production here. A must.

The audioguide was very helpful and it provided the key information every visitor needs to know. I would like the part about Maria Callas to have more information.

All went well except the teatro was closed because of a rehearsal. That was disappointing for me. I have to try next time.

great building - only thing that wasnt made clear at time of booking was to use/obtain the audio guide you had to provide ID (passport etc) (i can understand this as they looked like small iphones etc) which we obviously did not have with us during the day - however this was easily downloaded via La Fenice wifi so worked out in the end.
its a pity you cannot access the stalls area to get a seated view of this very grand building
some more photos or small presentation would have been good showing the restoration work - i am an architect and found the book on this in the bookshop/foyer area facinating - something showing how it was restored and each stage
