The Dubai Frame was a pretty cool experience. My husband and I went on a Wednesday afternoon around 2 pm and the line wasn't long at all. The experience does go by pretty fast but you'll be able to capture some great photo opportunities. It's very inexpensive so adding it to your list of sights to see is a must.

This weekend is really well spent with my friend visiting the Dubai Frame. It is a memorable one as we conquer our fears on heights and walking through the glass floor of the frame. The view atop is amazing as you can view the tallest structure on earth, the Burj Khalifa and other superstructures. You can spend ample time enjoying the galass floor and views along with friendly crowds and staffs. Moreover, there's an exhibit showing the United Arab Emirates history and rich culture. Highly recommended!

This Dubai Frame visit turned out to be the most memorable part of my Dubai trip! Thanks to the Headout app, booking was a breeze – just a few taps and I had my slot secured. I went during golden hour and got to admire the contrasting views of old and new Dubai from the top – breathtaking doesn’t even begin to cover it. The elevator ride itself felt like a mini futuristic show! Highly recommend wearing comfy shoes, especially if you’re planning to explore Zabeel Park afterward. A must-visit for both tourists and residents who’ve never been inside!

This was a last minute pick when I gave up on the long standing queue on the ticket counter amd and an equally long queue to get inside the museum. So glad I could grab these last 2 tickets. Truly worth it. An hassle free entry and got to spend a full 3 hours inside the museum which we would have spent standing in the lines. This was a saviour for me. Visiting the Dubai Frame was such a highlight - we loved every minute of it! Skipping the queues made it even better, especially in the heat. The museum at the base gives a really cool look into Dubai’s past, present, and future, and the immersive exhibits are super engaging. Once you take the elevator up, the views are just next level - 360 degrees of the city, from old Dubai to the glittering skyline of the new. Headout should seriously think about changing the layout how they show ticket information. For Dubai frames i booked a ticket in which in the first page where the tickets price are shown it is mentioned that meals are included however when you click check availability it shows you different variant with meal voucher: i feel its misleading information.

I bought the "skip the line" ticket as I had limited time in Dubai while on transit between flights. The staff at Dubai Frame did not honour the "skip the line", stating they do not offer that as a ticket option. Only VIP tickets were entitled to bypass the queue - which was a significant part of my time at the Dubai Frame - in line outside in the heat, then inside, then to go through the first floor museum, then to go up to the top of the frame, and again to come down. All this time spend in line waiting meant I missed my allocated time to visit The Museum of the Future. Absolutely not worth it for the 5-10mins I actually spent enjoying the views from the top of the Frame

Since the building is designed to prevent you from seeing the outside or taking beautiful photos, it does not promise very pleasant views and photos. The area is too small, the noise is too much, we couldn't even stop for 10 minutes.

The venues themselves were adequate, but the entire experience was severely marred by the abysmal functionality of the Headout app and website. Their clumsy, poorly built automated system repeatedly blocked me from purchasing tickets without explanation, citing fraud prevention. What made matters worse was the u theirtomer support. I had to keep reaching out to them just to get basic issues addressed, wasting an unreasonable amount of my time. Despite contacting them multiple times, I received conflicting information and was promised follow-ups on five separate occasions—none of which ever happened. Eventually, someone responded... The only reason I persisted with this mess was because I had credits I needed to use. If not for that, I wouldn’t have hesitated to use a more reliable platform. Headout’s systems and service are simply not fit for purpose. --

The Dubai Frame's view of old Dubai and new Dubai was breathtaking. The staff there are very accommodating, especially Saleem — who took such stunning photos and videos of me. He even thought me how to pose for pics and move for videos and I loved the outcome. 🤭 We also had a short but informative conversation regarding the Dubai Frame. I also enjoyed a lot with Desert Safari. Our Tour guide — Najam picked us on time. He was very patient with us and was very approachable. He always made sure we are comfortable and are having a good time. A five star experience!

Both the Miracle Gardens & the Frame were great breathtaking experiences. Booking was easy and saved 13%, so thank you. One bad experience was the taxi ride from outside the gardens to the frame, where we were scammed to the tune of 483 Dirham (should have been approx 100) have since read that this seemed to be a common theme.... spoils a good day out, something needs to be done about it. Excellent place with lovely photo opportunities. We went around 4pm and were at the top within 15-20 minutes. Parking was a breeze. The views are very good and the place was not as crowded as Burj Khalifah and it only cost £10 per person compared to £37 for Burj Khalifah. I would personally recommend this instead.

Dubai Frame was an excellent experience. Tickets were easy to book, the audio didn't work for me but that was because of problems with my earbuds. The download worked however, and I listened to it separately. The Frame was informative and the glass floor was fun if a little scary to begin with! Views are great. There is plenty of room to go round the glass floor if people don't want to walk on it. We exited through Zabeel park although you can't get to the Frame through the park. We travelled to and from the Frame via the Metro and was quite surprised at the lack of signage from the "max" station.

It was my first time visiting Dubai frame. I loved the way it's been designed showing us the old Dubai one side and the other side the new Dubai booking tickets using Headout app made the experience more fantastic and smooth. There was no skip-the-line. There was only one line for entry and we had to wait for our turn to get in. It was super Hot that day. very unfair to have purchased skip-the-line tickets and still end up standing in the regular line.

The waiting time was still OK. Especially as you get to see enough about the history of Dubai in the lower area in front of the elevator. Lovingly and richly detailed. Up in the frame it is very bright and has a good atmosphere. Only the loud noises of the souvenir machines are annoying because children are constantly turning them. A special highlight are the transparent glass panels with a steep view downwards, which you can walk on. We also recommend a walk through the peaceful green park behind the frame. A visit that is well worthwhile.

Two things I found very misleading: 1. The reason why I paid more for a ticket that includes a voucher was that I wanted to have a coffee on top of the Frame. However, only once when I got there, I was told that the voucher is valid for a place downstairs. I found this very misleading. 2. The skip-the-line ticket doesnt actually skip the line as there was a huge queue on the inside. This is my third time visiting Dubai and unlike the past 2 visits, I didn't enjoy it at all.

Got our Dubai Frame Tickets from Headout and we were informed to go directly to the entrance. We went on a weekend, so we expected waiting time is longer, like it took us almost an hour. We toured and amazed with the view and the unique structure. Better come early to avoid long queue.

I thought it was very good that I could buy a combined ticket for The Frame and The Miracle Garden, as we wanted to do both anyway. The visit to The Frame was very nice. We were there around 5pm and had to queue for about 30 minutes. On the way up you went through corridors that show the past of Dubai. At the top you could take as much time as you wanted. After the return trip down, there was a short movie about how Dubai imagines the future. Very good value for money. The Miracle Garden itself was very beautiful. There were many ways to look at all the beautiful flowers and the buildings made of flowers. All around the edge, however, everything was full of stalls. And you were often approached. That was annoying, considering how much you pay to enter. Value for money okay

The fact that you have to download yet another app (Headiut) just to be able to show the tickets you purchased is really annoying. The fact that you are unable to take any pictures in the dark without many reflections from all the interior light(show) is surprising. I'm baffled that no consideration have been given to the very basics around taking pictures in the dark (at a venue that so very much is based around capturing the stunning views)

What I absolutely loved about my experience at the Dubai Frame was the incredible combination of modern architecture and breathtaking views. The frame itself is an impressive structure, and when you reach the top, the panoramic views of both old and new Dubai are just stunning! I really enjoyed seeing how the city has evolved, with the contrast between the traditional areas and the futuristic skyline. We got to the miracle gardens and had no Wi Fi and they would not let us in with just the email, partly my fault but we had to re pay to get in so this was not a bargain ticket. No problem at The Frame, they sorted it out straight away for us. Enjoyed The Frame and Miracle gardens but spoilt our enjoyment a little as we had to pay more money.
