It was one of the most beautiful view ever. The meal voucher was amazing, the pepperoni pizza is one of the beat ive had. My son really enjoyed every second of it. I booked my service through Headout, and it was a very good experience overall. When we visited Dubai Frame, we found that there was a long queue, and the personal security staff informed us that the waiting time could be more than two hours. For customers who book directly through Dubai Frame or other official websites, they usually need to visit on the same day, or in some cases within a two-day timeframe. If they miss that window, it becomes difficult to manage. However, with Headout, the booking validity is for one full year, which is extremely convenient. This flexibility is very helpful, as it allows us to visit later if we face any difficulties or time constraints. Overall, booking through Headout made the process much easier and stress-free.

Truly a memorable experience at the Dubai Frame. I visited with my mom and my husband, and my only intention was to show her this beautiful place. Seeing her so happy made the entire visit worth it for me. The management was good, though it was more crowded than expected and the waiting time was quite long, we waited almost 2 hours in the queue to enter. That said, once inside, the Dubai Frame was beyond perfect. Absolutely stunning and worth experiencing at least once.

Fantastic family experience at the Dubai Frame! We visited with our kids and had a wonderful time. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making everything smooth. Going to the top was the highlight – the views of the whole of Dubai are absolutely spectacular, with modern skyscrapers on one side and old Dubai on the other. The kids loved it! Highly recommend for families. A must-do!

Dibai Frame is one of the places in Dubai that I would like to visit. I am thankful to booked online in Headout, and so easy. The skip the line part was only on the ticket counter and not the actual queue passed the ticket gate. You still have to queue to the actual line for the elevator up the Dubai Frame. And to be honest, what they say about seeing the two sides of Dubai -- the ancient and the modern side, you'll have a greater understanding of it once you're on the top. The twalk on the transparent glass that will give you a view down is actually a thrilling experience.

The Dubai Frame was a pretty cool experience. My husband and I went on a Wednesday afternoon around 2 pm and the line wasn't long at all. The experience does go by pretty fast but you'll be able to capture some great photo opportunities. It's very inexpensive so adding it to your list of sights to see is a must.

Amazing price for both sites! We saved about $30 and it was much better to have the all day time slots then having to worry about booking a specific time by the hour. It allowed us to keep our site seeing relaxed during the day.

This was a last minute pick when I gave up on the long standing queue on the ticket counter amd and an equally long queue to get inside the museum. So glad I could grab these last 2 tickets. Truly worth it. An hassle free entry and got to spend a full 3 hours inside the museum which we would have spent standing in the lines. This was a saviour for me. Also the digital transaction was totally smooth and quick and safe.

This Dubai Frame visit turned out to be the most memorable part of my Dubai trip! Thanks to the Headout app, booking was a breeze – just a few taps and I had my slot secured. I went during golden hour and got to admire the contrasting views of old and new Dubai from the top – breathtaking doesn’t even begin to cover it. The elevator ride itself felt like a mini futuristic show! Highly recommend wearing comfy shoes, especially if you’re planning to explore Zabeel Park afterward. This weekend is really well spent with my friend visiting the Dubai Frame. It is a memorable one as we conquer our fears on heights and walking through the glass floor of the frame. The view atop is amazing as you can view the tallest structure on earth, the Burj Khalifa and other superstructures. You can spend ample time enjoying the galass floor and views along with friendly crowds and staffs. Moreover, there's an exhibit showing the United Arab Emirates history and rich culture. Highly recommended!

Visiting the Dubai Frame was such a highlight - we loved every minute of it! Skipping the queues made it even better, especially in the heat. The museum at the base gives a really cool look into Dubai’s past, present, and future, and the immersive exhibits are super engaging. Once you take the elevator up, the views are just next level - 360 degrees of the city, from old Dubai to the glittering skyline of the new. Walking across the glass floor at the top was a bit nerve-wracking but so worth it! Honestly, it’s one of those spots that gives you a whole new perspective on the city. Would totally recommend adding it to your list.

The frame was very interesting and relayed a lot about the origin of Dubai but also where it is aiming for in 2050. However do not purchase the audio package as they do not have such a thing and the additional 10 dirhams per person was a total waste of money.

The Dubai Frame's view of old Dubai and new Dubai was breathtaking. The staff there are very accommodating, especially Saleem — who took such stunning photos and videos of me. He even thought me how to pose for pics and move for videos and I loved the outcome. 🤭 We also had a short but informative conversation regarding the Dubai Frame. It was my first time visiting Dubai frame. The waiting time was still OK. Especially as you get to see enough about the history of Dubai in the lower area in front of the elevator. Lovingly and richly detailed. Up in the frame it is very bright and has a good atmosphere. Only the loud noises of the souvenir machines are annoying because children are constantly turning them. A special highlight are the transparent glass panels with a steep view downwards, which you can walk on. We also recommend a walk through the peaceful green park behind the frame. A visit that is well worthwhile.

One bad experience was the taxi ride from outside the gardens to the frame, where we were scammed to the tune of 483 Dirham (should have been approx 100) have since read that this seemed to be a common theme.... spoils a good day out, something needs to be done about it. Excellent place with lovely photo opportunities. We went around 4pm and were at the top within 15-20 minutes. Parking was a breeze. The views are very good and the place was not as crowded as Burj Khalifah and it only cost £10 per person compared to £37 for Burj Khalifah. I would personally recommend this instead.

Dubai Frame was an excellent experience. Tickets were easy to book, the audio didn't work for me but that was because of problems with my earbuds. The download worked however, and I listened to it separately. The Frame was informative and the glass floor was fun if a little scary to begin with! Views are great. There is plenty of room to go round the glass floor if people don't want to walk on it. We exited through Zabeel park although you can't get to the Frame through the park. We travelled to and from the Frame via the Metro and was quite surprised at the lack of signage from the "max" station.

I thought it was very good that I could buy a combined ticket for The Frame and The Miracle Garden, as we wanted to do both anyway. The visit to The Frame was very nice. We were there around 5pm and had to queue for about 30 minutes. On the way up you went through corridors that show the past of Dubai. At the top you could take as much time as you wanted. After the return trip down, there was a short movie about how Dubai imagines the future. Very good value for money. The Miracle Garden itself was very beautiful. There were many ways to look at all the beautiful flowers and the buildings made of flowers. All around the edge, however, everything was full of stalls. And you were often approached. That was annoying, considering how much you pay to enter. Value for money okay

Nice views but the experience was marred by too many people being allowed up there. Very noisy and there were some rather inconsiderate visitors. The staff and security folks just stood by and did not do anything about it.

Maintaining clean and pretty good. And i feel may add some elements add on. Felt like its ended just like that. May add small free souvenir or drink for the ticket we paid for. I bought the agrilic photo frame for AED100 i feel little too much the cost we are 3 of us from Malaysia.

The fact that you have to download yet another app (Headiut) just to be able to show the tickets you purchased is really annoying. The fact that you are unable to take any pictures in the dark without many reflections from all the interior light(show) is surprising. I'm baffled that no consideration have been given to the very basics around taking pictures in the dark (at a venue that so very much is based around capturing the stunning views)

What I absolutely loved about my experience at the Dubai Frame was the incredible combination of modern architecture and breathtaking views. The frame itself is an impressive structure, and when you reach the top, the panoramic views of both old and new Dubai are just stunning! I really enjoyed seeing how the city has evolved, with the contrast between the traditional areas and the futuristic skyline. The glass-floored observation deck added an exciting touch, making the whole experience even more memorable. It was definitely one of the highlights of my trip!

It was amazing, i trip with my parents, they are like it all places. First morning time we visited Miracle garden, and after sunset we visited Dubai frame. It was great to do like that. But in sunset time lots of people in frame, was long queues. But we waited at this beautiful sunset
