I really enjoyed visiting Dubai Frame. I felt it is a unique and meaningful attraction because, from one place, I could clearly see Old Dubai on one side and New Dubai on the other. The view from the top was amazing and made me appreciate how beautifully Dubai has developed. I felt excited walking on the glass floor—it was thrilling but felt very safe. I also liked the museum inside, which helped me understand Dubai’s past, present, and future in a simple way. The place was clean, well organized, and the staff were polite. Overall, I felt the experience was worth the money. I personally recommend Dubai Frame as a must-visit place for anyone coming to Dubai.

I booked my tickets through Headout, and the process was smooth and hassle-free. I also got the tickets slighlty cheaper through headout. The tickets were easy to access and the barcodes were sent on the same email address i used whilst booking the tickets, and entry was quick with no issues at all. I’d highly recommend both the Dubai Frame and booking through Headout for a seamless experience. Definitely a must-visit attraction in Dubai! Atleast once ! I would say visit in the evening or during sunset for the best experience.

Its an impressively organised place. Respectful staff and more important making your experience much better. My wife is pregnant and care they had for her it was out of this world. It was worth all the wait and glad we did it . One suggestion for people is to book tickets in advance and not crowd the ticket cashier.

Everything was very nice. The waiting time is between 30-60 minutes, but it's worth it in every way❤️❤️❤️. We bought non-priority tickets from the app, which gave us access until 4 p.m. and between 7-7:30 p.m., but we organized our itinerary so that we could go until 4 p.m.

We had an amazing time exploring Global Village Dubai and Dubai Frame. Me and my daughter honestly enjoyed everything to the max. Global Village was full of life, colors, music, and incredible vibes. We walked around a lot, explored different cultures, and ate a lot of food from street snacks to desserts, everything was tempting and delicious. The atmosphere there was fun, lively, and unforgettable. Dubai Frame was just as special in a completely different way. The views from the top were stunning, showing both old and new Dubai in one place. It felt inspiring and exciting, especially walking on the glass floor. Everything was well organized and smooth. Overall, it was a perfect experience, great vibes, great food, and amazing memories. Highly recommended!

It was a great combo ticket visiting the Miracle Garden and Dubai Frame in one day. Both places were amazing and definitely worth a visit. The only reason I gave it 4stars rather than 5 was that the ticket was advertised as 'Skip-the-line' tickets for the Dubai Frame but when we got there we had to wait over an hour in the queue to enter the venue. When asked why we had to wait, the response was that the "Skip the Line" was only for the ticket purchasing queue which did not make sense as we had already purchased online tickets. Trick marketing to watch out for.

As usual the process of booking tickets and managing entry is quite easy with Headout and the price is always attractive. Getting in at 9 AM was like a walk through with no waiting which I believe is important for visitors to manage their time. The attraction continues to inspire with how well it's maintained and small additions here and there. The perspective of old and new Dubai is worth to view from this place. Value for money and my guests were thrilled with the visit.

It's nice to see but there are crowds of people, take the VIP ticket otherwise you will stand in line for 90 minutes for 15 minutes in the frame, hop on hop off in front of the door, download the app, the Qr code is on the plan, there you can see in real time when the bus is where

Seeing her so happy made the entire visit worth it for me. This weekend is really well spent with my friend visiting the Dubai Frame. It is a memorable one as we conquer our fears on heights and walking through the glass floor of the frame. The view atop is amazing as you can view the tallest structure on earth, the Burj Khalifa and other superstructures. You can spend ample time enjoying the galass floor and views along with friendly crowds and staffs. Moreover, there's an exhibit showing the United Arab Emirates history and rich culture. Highly recommended!

He even thought me how to pose for pics and move for videos and I loved the outcome. 🤭 We also had a short but informative conversation regarding the Dubai Frame. I also enjoyed a lot with Desert Safari. Our Tour guide — Najam picked us on time. He was very patient with us and was very approachable. The waiting time was still OK. Especially as you get to see enough about the history of Dubai in the lower area in front of the elevator. Lovingly and richly detailed. Up in the frame it is very bright and has a good atmosphere. Only the loud noises of the souvenir machines are annoying because children are constantly turning them. A special highlight are the transparent glass panels with a steep view downwards, which you can walk on. We also recommend a walk through the peaceful green park behind the frame. A visit that is well worthwhile.

We had a lovely experience booking through Headout for both the Dubai Frame and the Miracle Garden! The ticketing process was smooth, convenient, and immediate — we received our e-tickets right after booking with clear instructions. Both attractions were absolutely stunning: the Dubai Frame offered breathtaking panoramic views of old and new Dubai, while the Miracle Garden was a vibrant, colorful dream filled with incredible floral displays. Both the Miracle Gardens & the Frame were great breathtaking experiences. Booking was easy and saved 13%, so thank you. One bad experience was the taxi ride from outside the gardens to the frame, where we were scammed to the tune of 483 Dirham (should have been approx 100) have since read that this seemed to be a common theme.... spoils a good day out, something needs to be done about it.
