It was very convenient and easy to entry inside the frame and the thing I liked the most was the way which leads to glow garden from frame, and the view was awesome these places are especially made for children's

I loved Dubai frame , its equisite and awesome. Going to the top and walking ont he glass floor was fascinating. Garden glow is a nice place to go and take a break from the city life!!

Buying a Combo TIcket Dubai Frame + View At The Palm saved money and time compared to the option of buying the same tickets on the sites. So I highly recommend this combo ticket. We enjoyed the architecture of both awesome buildings and the amazing views, opening from both buildings. Buying Dubai attraction tickets was my first experience with headout. And I am very satisfied with all activities, the tickets for which I bought online from headout, except the Desert Safari. But that one is not the topic of the current review.

Frame is good, no hassles with the ticket booking and entry either! Problem is with the meal voucher! There are only 4-5 options in it and I opted for a Margarita Pizza for us. We are pure vegetarian and when I enquired with Low Battery staff, they said it comes with Ham!!! I asked them to change only the topping to Veg but they denied saying I'll have to place fresh order and this cannot be cancelled either!!! Tried calling the customer care number continuously but to no avail! Pathetic experience... Recommend to book only the tickets and forget about getting a customer care support! I'm going to report this incident to authority as nobody was available in customer care when needed!

After queuing for about an hour outside in the sun, there was an unfortunately short but very nice exhibition about the origins of Dubai. The floor above is glass but quite scratched. Then queue again to take the lift down. Conclusion: a lot of waiting.

The tour was good. We enjoyed a lot Dubai Frame. But unfortunately meal voucher was included in Dubai frame ticket but as per restaurant they haven’t got any confirmation so we didn’t get it. Aya Universe was amazing, and for some older people who has some problems with blood pressure it might be a bit difficult but for younger people is amazing.

It was nice, but the line was too long - standing in the sun. Im glad to have experiencedf it, but i wouldnt come again - it isnt something you need to see more than once.

The dubai frame is very beautiful from the outside, but once you get to the top, the only thing you get is the view. The glow garden is a beautiful space, full of lights. It's enchanting and gives you a good time.

Excellent overall experience. However ticketing was misleading as 'optional food voucher' did not exist even though it was on the ticket.

The experience was good both Jumeirah & Dubai Frame. Only thing was it would have been helpful if the combo has places which are closer to avoid traffic.

In case any rain occurs in Dubai (yeah it's a rare phenomenon) then kindly go to the place and talk directly there to extend the booking date to a day of your choice and it gets done easily rather than trying to connect with support guys of HeadOut team as it will be useless and time-consuming. Hence always go out to the venue and simply ask the managers and they usually allow extensions.

Very cold place. The views were great. I liked the information on the bottom floors as well. Although we waited outside a bit, they moved the line in a way to keep people in the shade.

Although, it is completely free to buy tickets at the box office right in front of the entrance, but the tickets in this case, will cost a little more. I booked tickets for Burj Khalifa and Dubai Frame first then I read negative reviews, I was a bit shocked and worried.
