Sainte-Chapelle and Conciergerie Tickets

We didn't have to wait too long as the tickets were already booked. So it was quicker. The only small problem is that there aren't enough places to sit in the Sainte Chapelle. But otherwise Ras.

Purchasing the tickets was simple and convenient. Very pleased with the whole reparable process. Did have to wait in line at the chapel, but it was very organized and moved swiftly. The chapel itself is a definite "WOW" experience. Definitely a must see if in Paris.

Simple procedure and the line for ticket holders was very short. You sent a reminder text that let me pull up our tickets easily. Perfect

We went as a family to 2 monuments 1) the holy chapel is exceptionally beautiful, its architecture breathtaking. 2) the conciergerie is less impressive architecturally, but the staff have developed an interactive device that immerses us in what it once was.

Everything was perfect. Great experience. Don't have any more to say but I have to write 50 characters so I take this opportunity to greet all the people of Paris

Everything was perfect except for the entrance that we had an appointment for 16:00, we arrived at the door at 15:30 and ended up entering almost at 17:00.

Definitely excellent the visit chosen,a little (much) less so the management of the entrances.One hour under water with a security officer who kept ranting about everything

Rediscover the holy chapel..and the conciergerie....interesting visits and discover the conciergerie with your tablets...genial

the monuments are worth visiting it's a shame there's so much waiting to get in, and you have to leave the site to get back to the conciergerie

The tour of the Conciergerie is top notch with their virtual reality tablet devices. The lines for entry to both Saint Chappelle and the Conciergerie were quite confusing. Be sure to warn customers to get there early and ask questions to make sure they end up in the right place at the right time.

Was amazing, as a whole. Super beautiful and well preserved. Would have loved a video learning tool to accompany the lovely audio tool.

Ste Chapelle: a Gothic marvel La Conciergerie: a wonderful visit. A trip back to the 14th century, with lots of details and anectodes.

No hassle to redeem our tickets. The entire experience was memorable. Didn't know what to expect from the Coniergierie buy that part of the tour was as wonderful as the Chapel . The interactive I-Pad device made it especially informative. Loved it.

Sainte Chapelle was wonderful as was the Conciergerie which I had not visited before. Such great architecture! The guide device did NOT work very well. Waiting 20 minutes in line beyond the hour we booked for was very uncomfortable in the chilly air...

I had been told that this day would no longer be possible, but I found out that there were schedules and this site for the purchase of tickets and everything was very fast, thank you very much.

the holy chapel is a magical place unforgettable in its beauty. My visit to the conciergerie was also a memorable one.

The experience was great. What went a bit wrong was the sending of the entries. Gmail considered them "spam". You should check the security and signature information of your outgoing email server. Best regards.
