I purchased the ticket so that I would not have to stand in line for a free senior ticket and had to wait for 30 minutes to get into the museum even with the pre-purchased ticket

There was no clear indication that we were supposed to get physical tickets to enter the museums and that the given QR was not enough. This caused us to take part in unnecessary waiting lines where at the end they would not let us enter

Fácil a compra enquanto esperava no acesso ao museu na fila. Como qualquer espaço turístico, as filas são sempre grandes, é preciso se um pouco paciente. Correu tudo muito bem e valeu bem o preço do bilhete.

We knew we were going to see the most important museums in Madrid, so we expected to queue a little bit even just to have our electronic tickets activated, but that was not the case! We went straight in skipping any lines and so we didn't lose a single minute and were able to fully enjoy our visit! Super recommended!

I enjoyed the art but you need more people att the security scan. It took forever to line up for security pass through. The toilets were closed so we had to go to another toilet and line up for 15 minutes. More toilets needed as well.

The Reina Sofia is very interesting, full of prestigious collections, especially those of Picasso, Dali and Miró. Thanks to online ticket reservations we avoided the long lines, and the use of Italian-language self-guides enriched our visit with valuable information.

The museum is truly splendid, the quality and number of works makes you regret that you always have too little time, you need to get a clear idea of the route from the start with the map to orient yourself among the rooms and not risk missing important works. Beware of the Directions at the entrance to redeem the ticket, we arrived before the opening and were sent to the wrong place, causing us to lose an hour in line afterwards

My visit to the Reina Sofía Museum was a truly enriching experience that left an indelible mark on my soul. Through the lens of cubism and the timeless power of “Guernica,” I was reminded of the enduring relevance of art as a mirror to society and a catalyst for change. Whether you’re a seasoned art aficionado or a curious newcomer, this museum is a must-visit destination that promises to ignite the imagination and ignite the soul.

We were able to quickly go inside to enjoy all the beauty on display. What was very nice to see were the classes of small children who were taught about the paintings in a very fun way.

Got the pass for Reina Sophia, Prado and Thssyen Bornemisza. We'll worth it, no lines. All 3 museums are must-see, no matter your tastes. TB was just room after room after room of gorgeous stuff that you haven't seen a million times, just amazing.

Ticketing experience was excellent. We bought our tickets on line. The museum is curated well and the exhibits are thought provoking. An excellent experience and a must if you are in Madrid. Like the Prado.

I have to be honest and say we didn't use the audio guide. Sometimes technology becomes too much for us and we get tired of it. Do we wandered and saw Guernica and some of Dali and the Surrealusts. We were happy with what we saw and we probably only spent an hour and a half. Sometimes we don't take enough advantage on what is on offer. So glad we could buy our tickets online and could find our way around. Thank you!

I absolutely loved. I had traveled from the US to see the museum. I am an artist myself. So The art was truly incredible. Picasso's Guernica is obviously one of the most iconic pieces of art ever created. I however felt it a little difficult to navigate the museum - the flow was off.

Guernica! A painting I've been wanting to see for years. On planning the visit to Madrid, we discovered that it was hanging in La Reina Sofia. We were thrilled beofre, and even more so on seeing it with our own eyes. Pity there were other people who also wanted to see it :)

Exceptional experience, with beautiful works, renowned painters, a simple and pleasant place and easy access to online tickets, which avoids standing in long lines!!! I'd definitely recommend it, and to top it all off, "Guernica by Pablo Picasso".

The museum visit was great!!! Easy access through digital tickets obtained through app. Very little line at the entrance (morning at about 10 am) and children do not pay. The visit is enjoyable, the works incredible. Picasso's Guernica is breathtaking. I highly recommend
