Boarding was smooth and guide was knowledgeable. We did not like the fact that vending machines onboard were practically empty. It was cold outside and the inner lights reflection would not let us take good pictures.

We loved the tour, Paris is a beautiful city and the difference in other boats that teach the city is that it is super well explained both by the phone that you provide to hear the history of the city, as the girl who said it in 4 languages. We will repeat !!!!

We loved the relaxed sail passing through the most important monuments of Paris. The lights on these monuments added to the charm of the entire sailing.

The view of Paris in the evening was very beautiful, especially when the Eiffel Tower began to light up. It was of course very crowded and almost everyone was up on the sun deck. You have to like crowds. Afternoon trips are less crowded.

The cruise was amazing, however there were way to many people on the cruise, we couldn't hear the commentary and If I had of known the adio was on your phone, I would had brought my headphones.

The queue was quite long but it worked out well for it being darker by time we got to the cruise, so every where was lit up . It was amazing seeing Eifle tower all lit up became quite chilly coming back if sit on top but just take a coat or move to the indoor hour .This was one of the best things we booked and good value for money would definitely recommend doing this .

I specifically asked if we could have a glass of champagne on board boat and was told yes… My daughters were very disappointed there was none to purchase on board nor in shop at dock
, and the bathroom situation was very strange downstairs with unisex for both, though one clearly had urinals for men.

My daughter and I watched the sunset behind the Eiffel Tower as a wonderful way to end the cruise. The narrator was very knowledgeable and the sites were great. I would 10/10 recommend.

The tour ended up going a different way to the way that was set out in the plan. Because of this we ended up sat in the wrong area of the boat.
The guide spent more time on his phone than he did giving us a description of where we were. He also failed to mention a couple of landmarks that we passed. Not worth it !

The boat was nice and warm with good views from the top. The tannoy commentary was very basic and dull. The handset audio guides didn't work and using a downloaded audio from your phone is not really practical to do at the same time as enjoying the sights. I would have much preferred a detailed guide over the tannoy or using the provided handsets. That being said, we did enjoy the cruise as the river and its surroundings are beautiful in themselves, and the boat was comfortable and safe.

This tour was just ok. The water is much lower than the sights on the cruise so it was hard to see, the only thing we really liked was the view of the Eiffel Tower from the boat.
Also the audio guides - we tried many- didn't work.

Easy to book and to board on arrival. Lovely scenery and highlight was Eiffel Tower in sparkling lights. We took 6pm trip as dusk fell and Paris lit up.
Only improvement was commentary. Could not hear downloaded commentary due to announcement/ commentary on boat but this started well and then stopped 10 minutes into journey. Either talk throughout the trip, pointing out sights of interest or leave it all to the app.
Would definitely recommend.

It was really wonderful and I enjoyed the trip.The commentary was helpful. But I have wrongly showed the ticket to the other side and that man confused me a lot.Anyways here all the things went on quite naturally.
