Tickets to Buckingham Palace with Access to State Rooms & Royal Mews

Good experience - amazing place But after we walked thru the gardens to exit we were not sure which direction to go. It was a bit confusing but a lovely tour.

Fantastic to see Buckingham Palace with such an easily booked ticket online from home. The trip went extremely smoothly, and thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you.

Ticketing worked as expected. No problems. We enjoyed getting to see some of the rooms in the palace and the royal carriages in the Mews.

Ticket booking was easy. Worked perfectly. Buck House is amazing. To think in who's footsteps you are treading. A memorable day out. I fully recommend doing it.

You could take as long or as short a time as you liked. The recorded guides were excellent and extremely informative. Pleasant way to spend a few hours.

Ticketing was easy. The palace looked great, chandeliers was amazing. After seeing the crown and the comments from Jackie Kenney I don't know what I was expecting but the palace looked amazing. Exceeded my expectations. Did not like the references to Queen Camilla instead of Queen Consort Camilla which I believe is her official title.

It was confusing to know where to go to start the tour. I waited in line for 20 minutes only to find I needed to start my tour at the royal mews and told to go to another line. I went there and was told to go to the royal mews entry. Once at the royal mews entry the 1st attendant told me i needed to wait outside for my tour guide but the tour wasnt booked to have a tour guide. I went to the ticket box office and the attendant at that one read the voucher wrong and wanted to send me back to where we came from. It was cold and raining and I felt like nobody knew anything. The attendant finally took the time to read the voucher and was able to provide me with my tickets. After that the experience was enjoyable.

We some of the staff were rude when I was picking my headset up the walking when you finished the tour was horrendous.

Very interesting tours. Well worth visiting but "beware". A lot of walking

Seeing the State rooms and at the end being able to have a cup of tea at the palace.
