Versaille's gardens are great. However, we were overwhelmed by the huge number of people, which of course is not your fault. Therefore only okay.

The main difference of these visits is that now the interior visit is very saturated and you can barely enjoy a little of each room. The Palace of Versailles is very impressive both inside and out and shows the importance of the Sun King Louis XIV. To visit the parks and the Grand and Petit Trianon, we recommend using the Petit Train (HopOn/Off). Online ticket with timed entry is essential.
